Expérience négative: Hard to know if they are completely incompetent or criminal at stealing your money after attempting over and over to cancel a trial membership. They deny you have advised them of cancellation and continue to charge you. You advise them again and cancel you card to prevent them from stealing again. To show their thieving or incompetence some more they will then invoice you until the matter is resolved in court.

I have been attending regularly for more than a month, and I am thrilled with their service. I attend their gym and classes four times a week and the cost is very reasonable. And if you're a Muslim girl and wear the hijab you can do the group sessions with the ladies. It's a no judgement zone and it's fun!! It's clean and everybody is super nice.

Expérience positive: with the exception of sometimes having to wait a while past my appointment times -which is going to happen no matter where I go, really- I've had nothing but courteous, professional service with kind, knowledgeable staff. This place was recommended to me by a friend who also comes here for physio and by my chiropodist. I'm glad they recommended Generations Sport & Spine to me. The hours of operation run a little later than most places and they are available (at least my therapist is available anyways) on Saturdays which is very convenient. I recommend this place 100%.

Expérience fantastique: I would encourage everyone who has any kind of chronic pain to go and see Jackie at GSAS. She listens to what you tell her and she always comes up with a game plan and it always works. I think she is highly skilled and has taken care of me no matter what the injury. She takes time to explain exactly what the injury is and how best to create a healing strategy. The team here are top notch and I won't go anywhere else.
