Expérience fantastique: I joined Ballistic almost a year ago and every day I get excited to go and workout. I used to dread going to the gym but Ballistic changed that. Rob and Joanna are not only impeccable coaches but they are also great people who've created a welcoming atmosphere for all newcomers. Since joining, my strength, endurance, and overall health have improved ten fold! Being able to see major gains and getting to do it with such an amazing group of people is all I've ever wanted out of a gym.
