Expérience négative: Extremely unprofessional, no phone number listed and the staff leaves at 3pm mon-fri so its next to impossible to get a membership

Expérience négative: Tried getting a monthly membership online as there is no one working at the facility. Went through all the prompts for the membership application and there isn’t a pay page to actually get the membership. Then I tried reaching out on the contact us page for help and nothing. It’s been 2 weeks and haven’t heard back from them at all. Extremely unprofessional.

Expérience positive: I'm happy this place is open 24/7. However, the time that I went, the place was really hot inside. They had a door open and a fan going but it didn't really help.
