The sense of community is great, making everyone feel welcome, from beginners to experienced fighters. I've improved my fitness and technique significantly. The conditioning classes are great, they are accessible for those of high and low skill levels while maintaining difficulty. The boxing classes are great and I’ve never left one unsatisfied or feeling I didn’t learn something new or improve prior skills. The workouts are always changing and remain fresh but familiar. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in boxing or looking to improve there overall fitness.

Expérience fantastique: IF you looking for the best cardio workout in town MERGE is definitely the place to go, unlike most gyms, MErge has a very warm welcoming feeling the second you walk into the door. A real family type atmosphere, everyone there is for there own personal gain, you have everything from pro fighters to new moms looking to shed a few extra pounds. There is a class for everyone. Cassius the owner/lead instructor is world class, he has the ability to motivate and give you confidence that you never knew you had. i highly recommend trying a class, not only will you feel amazing, but you will truly be a part of something special. im Merge's biggest fan #litterally

Expérience fantastique: I'm not sure why the personal attack on Cassius. Cassius has been training 6 of our country's elite combat soldiers for 2 years now. I will personally vouch for him. He's one of the most hard working, honest, trustworthy gentleman i have ever come in contact with. He is an amazing trainer and i highly recommend him to anyone who who is looking for a positive environment to train. I'm a big fan, thank you Cassius for your dedication in training Canadian soldiers.

Expérience fantastique: I haven't had a chance to try the gym as I moved out of Victoria a couple of years ago but I have trained with Cassius in the past at another facility so I just wanted to let everyone know that he is an incredible and talented coach. He's insanely knowledgeable about his craft and he's an amazing motivator as well. I think the best thing about classes with Cassius is that he'll always keep it fresh, you will never get bored with doing the same monotonous exercises over and over, he's cutting edge with his drills so it's as much a mental workout as a physical one.

Expérience fantastique: I tried the gym out once to see if I liked it, had such a good time and workout I joined for a year. Price was reasonable compared to other gyms I looked at in Victoria. The cardio and boxing class kicked my butt, need the group motivation to get into shape. Parking can fill up quick so get there early.
