Expérience fantastique: World Health & Fitness is a fantastic place for fitness enthusiasts and beginners alike. The people here are welcoming and supportive, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere. There’s plenty of space, so even during peak hours, you don’t feel cramped or rushed. The 24 hour access makes my early morning workout a bonus. The equipment selection is excellent, catering to all kinds of workouts—from strength training to cardio. The overall vibe is energizing, making it easier to stay consistent with your fitness routine. Another bonus is the availability of power drinks and protein supplements, so you can refuel and recover right on-site. Highly recommended!

As a newcomer to the gym I really appreciated the work they did to match me with a personal trainer, Nevada. Nevada was instrumental in helping me to create a sustainable and challenging routine at the gym. Her expertise and encouragement improved my form and confidence in the gym. Highly recommended !

Every time I came the gym it was very clean, both floor and change area, the staff was always knowledgeable and enthusiastic greeting me with a smile and hello. The equipment was up to date, well maintained and had 2nd and 3rd option for an exercise. Plenty of cardio equipment away from the gym floor and a large room for stretching or classes. My greatest experience was meeting my personal trainer Nevada. I honestly can’t express my appreciation enough! I recently lost everything in the McDougall creek fire, this left me lying in a hotel bed eating fast food for months in a less than motivated mindset. I made the decision to go to worlds gym and began finding myself welcomed and inspired. Then I met Nevada, she asked me my goals, listened to my reasons why and really took a moment to get to know me before she offered advice. We talked through my eating habits and exercise, came up with a plan to which she consistently reached out to ask about feedback. I felt inspired not pushed, like I had a parter who really cared about my success. She helped me find me again! I have gained muscle, lost body fat, and can now hike up a mountain, which was my goal! Expérience négative: It’s a worst gym I ever seen , staff are good and friendly but the manager doesn’t speak well with costumers , and it’s kind of scam about fee and membership they don’t do what they say on their first day , manager is not helpful

Expérience positive: The gym itself is pretty good. Lots of equipment and at the time I go I don’t seem to have to wait for anything. But it drives me nuts how every single plate rack is unorganized. You have to pull two or three weights off of each rack to get the one you want. 25’s with 45’s and 10’s in front of it and the other way around. Also lots of times you get to machines with weights left on them. Poor gym etiquette all around. When this gym was Fitness West it was spotless, all plates were stacked with their same weights and it was much better organized. I remember they even used to have satire signs around the gym saying “if you’re not strong enough to put the weights away please ask one of the girls at the front desk to do it for you” If this gym could get this issue under control it would be 5 stars, but as is, very frustrating.

Expérience positive: The staff are superlative: professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Theresa, in particular, has an intuitive sense of client needs, personality, and customer approach. During the 3-times I have attended the gym, she remembered me from the initial meeting and continued to recognize me each time I arrived at the gym. Wonderful service. 5-star service. The gym has all the necessary equipment and facilities to create a unique workout. The equipment is plenty and there is a variety of options. The locker facilities have showers and lockers for day use. 4-star facilities and equipment. They have a store where you can purchase a variety of products. During my next trip to Vernon, I will be sure to purchase a punch pass to enjoy the gym, again.

Expérience positive: I have been going here for almost 3 years now. I've edited my review because I was angry When I wrote the last one when they installed more cardio machines and pushed more of the exercise machines closer together to the point where it's uncomfortable. It is my biggest pet peeve.....before I chose to get a membership 3 years ago we viewed all the gyms in town for comfort level and we loved it here. I've noticed more and more machines " not working"....like the cycle under the stairs for the last month out of service, or the assisted pull up machine. Or the cable machines ....or missing rubber handles on some, or cardio machines with no working tv's all but one. Broken seats, Less and less care is seen here. Yet always very clean inside washroom area stairways and general areas. (just a suggestion...handing out spray bottles to gym enthusiasts as they enter, more and more people are not wiping down after use, some I don't think have been told how necessary it is for all users.) But I have to say that all their staff have been really great! Each encounter has been nothing but positive. Always kind, sincere and happy. Thank you

The staff who greet you when you first walk in are incredible and do such a great job of keeping everything clean. Teresa and Stella work the morning shift that I most often come to and they set the tone for my workout every morning with their positivity! Love how big and open the gym floor is, never feel crowded and lots of selection for equipment. Love this gym!!!
