Expérience fantastique: I joined this gym on a referral from a friend. Owners are friendly, passionate about what they do, and are very professional. Scott’s classes are well organized and he targets all areas even if it’s a leg or arm day. I am going on 3 weeks and am happy with the results. I would recommend one on one training with them before starting group classes to ensure your posture is correct. Wonderful women’s only gym where you can feel the love and support of powerful strong females! Highly recommend this gym.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing classes and trainers!! I have always had an incredible experience with integrity fitness and Paul is extremely accommodating. I recently had to transfer a few passes to my sister due to an injury, and he made the transfer process quick and painless. Overall an excellent training centre and a must try, especially if you live in the area!

Expérience négative: Just be very CAUTIOUS of certain trainers at this gym. It is a womans only or gym for women but most of the trainers are male. Certain trainers will ask you out. As a professional fitness establishment, I do find that this crosses the boundaries quite a bit when it comes to their business model of being a woman's gym run mainly by males. Be CAUTIOUS.

This club and the team have done a phenomenal job helping women gain a better understanding of fitness and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Expérience fantastique: I worked out at "big box" gyms with several personal trainers for 11 years before joining Integrity. The personal training at Integrity is second to none. My previous experience was more like a factory where my trainer had one client after another for 6-8 hours straight, and I often felt like my workouts were not put together with my own needs and progress in mind. That certainly isn't the case at Integrity - my trainer is highly knowledgeable and clearly puts thought into the workouts he puts together for me. This has been the best workout experience I've ever had. What also cannot be overlooked is the fantastic team and superior customer service. I approached the gym to join at a time where I was trying to balance a lot in my life and was not sure how to fit the workouts in. No pressure tactics, no sales pitches. Everyone was very accomodating and made me feel like my ability to get a workout in was important to them, too - and they hadn't even met me yet! I would recommend this gym without any hesitation whatsoever. I wish I'd joined sooner!

The trainers are very motivating, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. They always keep an eye on you to ensure you're posture is correct. I have also participated in a few of the clubs "Challenges". The first time I participated in a Challenge it totally changed my life! I was given a meal plan that taught me how to eat properly, make healthy food choices and led me on the path to healthy eating habits. It’s a 30-minute workout which is very effective. I look forward to my workouts every week and have stuck to a minimum 3x per week routine...something that I've never done before. I've lost inches and gained a positive outlook on high-intensity training. The helpful, energetic trainers, the positive environment and the variety of workouts and time slots makes each session accessible, fun and a new experience. You also get awesome perks like a point system and challenges to win awesome prizes and inspire motivation. I highly recommend Integrity Fitness to anyone, no matter your age or fitness level! Angie, the office manager at the Jevlan location, couldn’t be more skilled, caring, and charismatic. Expérience fantastique: I had been working out in a group class setting at a different club chain for 4 years and saw no results. The classes were too redundant and I plateaued. In late 2014, I decided to try something new, Bootcamp. My first class was with Scott and I was amazed by the intensity of the class, I thought I immediately lost 10 pounds . With the guidance of the trainers, the workout intensity was manageable. There were women who were beginners and some that were advanced, I was not alone. I noticed that all the women were nice and encouraged each other on. I met with the club’s nutritionist and made many changes in my diet that have changed my body and my health positively. Fast forward to almost 5 years now, there has never been the same class. Every workout is different. I am still following a healthy diet as the nutrition program became a lifestyle, not a diet. I am now in my mid forties and I’m in the best shape of my life. I feel so strong and I can keep up with my three children. Thank you team Integrity!!

I have some of my favourite trainers there, and everyone has their own style which is nice. I only wish they had more flexibility with their schedule, and had classes in the mid day. Otherwise, I highly reccomend them.

The trainers are motivating, they challenge you to your best, they are encouraging and always try to adjust the exercises to your ability. The women in the classes are all supportive, its a wonderful positive environment.
