Expérience fantastique: I would like to share my review after two months training at fit factory. I really really appreciate the trainers, Geoff, Kurt, Yaw, and the new boxing trainer Luis. They are very responsible, attentive, fun to work with. I have learned so many things with them. Also the members are helpful and super friendly, working out with a group of amazing people really light my each day. I will keep working out here until reaching my goal.

Kurt was an excellent coach who was supportive, encouraging, and pushed just enough. The workout was challenging and you get back what you put into it.

Expérience fantastique: I was originally skeptical of taking fitness classes but decided to give Fit Factory a try after seeing a promo and reading the reviews online and after six weeks I decided to sign up for a membership. The downtown gym is a Fantastic space with fantastic trainers, I love that you can choose from many different types of classes, bookings made easy by the simplicity of their app. The trainers are all highly skilled and bring a lot of positive energy to the sessions. Definitely an intense workout for all fitness levels, it's a great group of people overall and an awesome vibe. Highly highly recommend it if you're thinking of trying a fitness class.

Expérience négative: Bootcamps here are CHAOTIC. They ALWAYS partner people up to get more people in the workout. Goeff’s bootcamp are really good. But again it is too crowded and sometimes dont feel impactful

He took care of the newbies really well, and the class was laid out in a way that you could follow more experienced boxers if you got lost. Would definitely recommend to others and I'll be back again for sure.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile, which makes you feel right at home. And I have to mention the owner not is nice, but he is also genuinely awesome and passionate about creating a great space for everyone. Even though I only stopped by for a visit, I can already tell this gym has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

Expérience fantastique: I went on a ClassPass and have tried all the different gyms in Toronto, Sweat and Tonic, Barrys Bootcamp, F45, Rumble etc. It's by far the most welcoming gym with a bootcamp type format. Geoff the instructor was very friendly to first timers including myself. The format of teamwork allowed for easy icebreakers with other members. Ivan the founder even came and introduced himself and asked for any feedback. Don't be intimidated by other reviews saying it's tough. It's worth the challenge and comraderie at Fit Factory.

Expérience fantastique: Just got an unlimited membership had my first week of classes at Fit Factory and I absolutely love the classes and the community. The coaches are motivating and welcoming, and every class offers something new and exciting to keep you challenged. I was nervous about the intensity of the classes, but they’re welcoming to all fitness levels and everything can be modified to how you’re feeling that day. I’ve had memberships at multiple gyms in the city, and I have to say I’ve had the most fun and looked forward to my morning workouts here more than anywhere. There’s so much variety and plenty of equipment and space to workout. 10/10 recommend

The space was set up perfectly and the workout, while challenging, was also extremely rewarding. Geoff's ability to push us to our limits, suggest substitutions, and add elements to our circuits, while also maintaining a supportive and charged atmosphere was commendable. Expérience fantastique: Shirin is a fantastic trainer! She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She has developed a training plan for me which is effective and challenging. I’ve worked out with trainers in the past but have never seen results like I have with Shirin. Anyone who wants to get serious about their fitness should book a session with her, she is simply the best.

Expérience fantastique: I tested 7 gyms when I moved to Toronto and Fit Factory's coaches were the most helpful, attentive and personable. They remember your name, push you to lift more (gahhh!) and make sure your form is correct. Great crew to train with!

Expérience positive: Tried the two week membership. The weight training classes are pretty good. I did feel the space is very crowded and there are too many people per class so you're at a higher risk for injury. Just make sure you let the instructor know that you have any pain so they can suggest modifications. Tried a few boxing classes as well that were decent.

Expérience fantastique: The best group fitness class I’ve been to in Canada and the US. It’s a community; where everyone is friendly from the instructors to other students. They remember everyone and no one was left behind. They push you to do better each time. The class is always fun, engaging and challenging. I’m a shy person but the vibe wasn’t uncomfortable or pretentious at all. I had met some amazing people here. The only thing I wish they can do better is having more membership options for people who have to travel a lot and can’t commit to long term contract.

Props to my personal trainer Shirin who designed a training program tailored to my personal fitness goals and helped me to get stronger each session!

She has a great approach in terms of holistic wellbeing and she advises on other topics too such as nutrition and mental health. I have seen significant improvement in my core strength and stamina. The facilities and the staff over all are really caring and dedicated to getting their work done. Overall I am really impressed and I would encourage anyone to check out their programs.

She is an amazing trainer, and encourages me to push harder. She is passionate about fitness and answers all my questions about nutrition. Expérience fantastique: A deceptively amazing space tucked away on the 2nd floor of King street. Love that they have a dedicated training and separate boxing room. The trainers are nuts and at the end of the class, the sweat stains on your shirt is all the confirmation you need that they dole out insane workouts. The pre/post workout chill zone is also much appreciated with such a friendly crowd.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing gym with awesome trainers! Everyone here is so friendly and dedicated to helping you level up your fitness, regardless of any physical challenges you might have. I had to take a break recently due to a concussion (unrelated causes) — when I went back, the trainers were so helpful with accommodations to make sure that I could train in a safe and fun way! David Piazzaa made sure the music level in the class was low enough that I wouldn’t be impacted and watched my form to make sure I didn’t injure myself, which resulted in a great work out where I felt like myself again. Though I haven’t had a chance to train with them post concussion, I also had Geoff and Mikey and Winston in the past, and they also demonstrate amazing levels of care and dedication which made working out so much fun. 10/10 and I recommend this gym to anyone who’s starting their fitness journey

The focus and attention on correct form, while also progressively increasing weight has lead to amazing results! Jenny’s knowledge and expertise has led to a dynamic workout which strengthens all areas of the body. In addition, Kurt’s, Yaw’s and Winston’s classes also provide a variety of different classes with boxing and HIIT style workouts. You always leave any class feeling motivated and accomplished. The time goes by really quick!

What initially attracted me to the gym was its group fitness classes focused on strength (they have other types of classes too that are great). I’ve been to a few other group fitness gyms but find the pace at FitFactory allows for heavier lifting and focus on form. After my first class, I could barely walk down the stairs; fast forward about six months and I’m the strongest that I’ve ever been and I get excited knowing there’s so much more progress to be made. While I was initially attracted to the format of the classes, what has kept me around is so much more than that - from the incredibly skilled and passionate trainers, to the accommodating front desk and management, to the supportive community, it really has been the most challenging and enjoyable fitness experience. Expérience négative: Had a very uncomfortable experience with the sales team at this location. They were very aggressive in pushing me to pay for a membership and showed frustration when I was hesitant. I've also heard very terrible things about management and the high front desk turnover rate. I have some friends who are members of this gym and have expressed concerns over inappropriate staff behaviour which I find uncomfortable. I would recommend other future clients, especially women, to be cautious.

All of the fit factory trainers are experienced and knowledgeable to help you in your fitness journey. I had a great experience when I decided to join FitFactory with the help of Bryce. He helped me to choose the best membership plan and was available whenever I had any concerns or questions.

From registration to guiding me about classes. Bryce particularly has been very helpful. Extremely patient and willing to go the extra mile helping you be comfortable in your gym going experience! Expérience fantastique: I moved out of the city a year ago, and every time I'm downtown I still try and get to a Fit Factory class. It's what I miss most about living in Toronto. It is - hands down - the best workout in the city. The coaches are killer, and there to make sure you're getting the most out of the classes. Shoutout to Geoff, Jaime and Kurt for making the gym the best part of my day. Uh-rah!

I love coming to Mikey’s athletic conditioning classes, Imran’s bootcamp, Geoff’s strength and any of Kurt’s classes for a good mix of everything!
