Expérience positive: I have a shoulder injury do to a motorcycle accident, Rehab plus and there experienced staff have been great at helping me through this recovery period.

Equipment is all in great shape, the gym is very open spaces and modern and clean. Large locker area, showers and steam room, private changing rooms. Physio is available, drink mixes and supplied such as bags and bottles. I feel very comfortable here, especially compared to larger chain gyms.
