Expérience fantastique: Before I started going to Intrinsic I was always intimidated of gyms especially when it came to lifting weights. When Intrinsic first opened Amy taught intro classes on how to squat, deadlift and bench press. It has been so empowering to be able to walk up to a barbell and not feel like I don’t belong behind it. In addition to being open 24/7 for members, there are multiple different classes offered that are challenging yet still fun and prove that you can get an awesome workout done in just 30 minutes. Intrinsic is a welcoming, positive environment that feels like home. Thank you Intrinsic Family for making the gym an important part of my life and changing it for the better over the past year!

I have stuck with Amy over the last several years because of her personality, ability to make me work hard, without it feeling hard. I spend every hour training with her laughing and loving the style of training. When she opened her own gym, it was no question that I would continue working with her. All I can say, is to anyone that struggles with body image, fitting in, feeling anxious about going to the gym, please take the leap and message Amy. The facility is welcoming, cleanliness is top notch and even the members are second to none. Expérience fantastique: Absolutely love this gym! It's a local gym that's private and intimate. Access to the gym is 24/7. Zero wait times for machines and weights. Lots of classes held by the owner Amy. She's encouraging and runs each class. She takes the time to create an inviting environment .The gym is kept clean at all times. Intrinsic has a great atmosphere and I'm so happy I joined.
