Expérience négative: Extremely disappointed in the owner. I had arranged two separate appointments to try the gym and sign up for a membership and was no-showed both times, without a call or text to give notice. Very unprofessional and rude.

Expérience fantastique: Awesome gym run by awesome people. They were welcoming and signing up for a membership was easy. They installed additional equipment for my use and were very accommodating. The equipment is great and there are lots of squat racks and rowing machines.

Expérience fantastique: IA is an amazing gym located in Westfort. It is a unique space for many different types of physical fitness such as functional and strength training. IA is filled with amazing individuals. Ever since I had my first workout here, the members (and owners) have made me feel like home and part of their gym family. Going to a new gym can be intimidating, but at IA, everyone welcomes you with open arms and is there to support your fitness goals. I have met many fantastic people in my short amount of time training at IA, and have been invited to many different training sessions, which is always a blast. I fully recommend trying out IA. There is something there for everyone, the gym is always clean and tidy, and you will feel like home the moment you step your foot in the door!

Expérience fantastique: Awesome Gym! Staff is friendly and accommodating and the gym is always very clean. Having a fob for 24 hour access is a plus and the outdoor space is great when the weather is nice. Great job. Keep up the good work!
