Expérience positive: This place took the win for me for gym in the Thunder Bay let’s start of with the wet rock sauna !!!! And clean showers and locker room. The change are however a bit cramped. Hardly an issue. Walk into the the hammer strength haven with a small but sufficient free weight section it was well light with NATURAL LIGHTING!!! Creating a great atmosphere! The staff was young and energetic. Good luck Haden on your way to be a professional Volleyball player ! The gym was a diverse crowd which was amazing! Best gym in the city BAR NONE ! Bravo

Expérience positive: Good club, with a good variety of equipment. Really not sure what makes them special enough to charge more than twice as much as other clubs in town.

Expérience fantastique: Love PUSH Fitness. Great people! (Ty Jen!) Great staff. Excellent layout, facilities and well maintained equipment. Clean and spacious with good clientele. Excellent wet sauna in shower area. Great value for the regular gym go-er and accommodation for short term guests

Expérience négative: These people could not answer a simple question on facebook as to how much a membership costs. They will not list it on their website and the information is not readily available because they are trying to sell you some kind of package. They are another generic chain gym with too many features for their own good. It's likely 70~ per month for basic access. In which case there is no world in which it's worth it. The fact that they cannot give a straight answer is a massive red flag and is quite honestly an awful way to do business. Ok we've discovered it's roughly 150 per month for a membership. That is the single highest per month membership I've ever seen in my life for any gym anywhere ever. Golds gym which is world renowned is considerably cheaper than this. Unless they're handing out rub n tugs by models clothed in gold leaf I don't understand what the hell is so good about this place that it warrants such an insanely bloated cost. There is a REASON they won't be up front with the cost. And it's because they understand that literally any rational person would laugh at that price at first glance. The fact that they sell Pilates and Spin classes should be sign enough that they're pretentious trash. If you're serious about fitness, there is no chance that gym is worth your time. Also they close at 10. Clownishly laughable. Whoever actually replied to me after nearly 2 hours of waiting was sarcastic and smug. Almost mocking of me, a potential customer. They clearly do not value their clientele nor future customers. If they handled me in that manner it's likely they do this to a ton of people on the regular.

Expérience fantastique: Clean, great staff, great selection, quality machines, lots of free weights, bags,cardio, open floor, sauna, showers. Has everything you need to have a great workout at a gym.

Expérience positive: Clean gym with plenty of both cardio and weight machines. Make sure you bring a lock for your locker in the change rooms for peace of mind for your belongings. Weight machines are dated but effective.

Expérience fantastique: Love it!! Not your average gym. I've been going there for 3 years, time and time again the selection, quality and cleanliness has blown everyone else away. Would recommend to anyone who has any kind of fitness goals, likes people who mind there own bussiness and just wants a great workout everytime!! I've never tried their fitness classes or their personal trainers but it looks pretty awesome as well

Expérience fantastique: Spoke to Jenn at the front desk and was blown away by their positivity and professionalism. I got a tour of the facility without even having to ask and felt like a member before I signed any forms. Looking forward to attending this gym!

Expérience fantastique: I had been to this gym about 9 years ago, when passing through the city. It's still the same in essence but they've improved a lot. Definitely an affordable gym, not overly busy and has a great selection of equipment. I would 100% get a membership there if I lived in town.

Expérience fantastique: The owner and staff are super polite and professional. Very accomodating and sauna was empty and very hot. Equipment is getting old but looks like it's well maintained. I come back every year when I visit thunder bay.

Expérience fantastique: Was in town for a night as driving out west and needed a place to workout. Great overall gym with a ton of machines for both strength and cardio. Staff were friendly and it wasn’t very busy when I went at 7PM. They provide small towels but I’d recommend bringing your own if you want to shower there. They have a great sauna which I used which was perfect after a long day on the road. It was $15 for a day pass which seems super reasonable given the quality of the gym and sauna use. Lots of parking available.

Expérience fantastique: I purchased a day pass and its an excellent gym. I just don't understand why the monthly price is what it is. There is always supply and demand but its on the pricier side. Still a good gym.

Expérience fantastique: I was in town for a visit. Got a punch pass. And the place was awesome. Nice staff. Really good equipment. I go early and it's perfect. Quiet. The gang showers take me back to highschool . The sauna was empty every time, and it's awesome I had that pumping! Great cardio areas. I wish there was one in my town.

Expérience fantastique: Solid, well-equipped old school style gym that will satisfy everyone from the cardio bunnies to the meatheads who curl in the squat racks. Bathroom/change room facilities are a highlight. Plenty of mirrors, extra blow dryers, etc. My only recommendation to Push Fitness is that they offer a week or fourteen day trial rather than forcing new members to pay the drop in fee of $15 right away.

Expérience fantastique: Large clean fitness center with friendly staff and almost every anything you could need for training. Lifefitness bikes, tredmills and elipticals, plus a lifefitness circuit, a Cybex circuit, free weights, dumb bells, training rooms, classes of all types, saunas, sunbeds, a juice bar, etc About $150CAD per month but they do offer discounts at certain times of the year.

The locker rooms are amazing and it's awesome to have a sauna and tanning bed available as well as a spot to grab a protein shake when you're done lifting! Definitely would recommend!

I had changed my banking information and there was a hiccup, and I wound up getting NSF charges from my old bank account from the gym. THIS SOUNDS BAD BUT HOW THEY HANDLED IT IS WHY I AM GIVING THEM 5 STARS. Management promptly fixed their mistake and helped with the NSF fees I had incurred. They were very genuine and honestly sorry for their mistake. Where I am from, if a gym messed up, they wouldn't fix it. The fact that they have such a hard working staff who cares about their individual members makes this gym that much more awesome to go to!
