Expérience fantastique: If I could give 100 stars I would. The combination of Emma Naughton (Athletic therapy) and Amanda Babcock ( Massage therapy) have improved my mobility beyond belief. I'm diagnosed with a slew of problems. Arthritis of the hip as well as a tear in the hip labrum. 2 Arthritic knees along with gluteal tendinopathy. After attempting numerous Physiotherapy locations I took a chance on Optimum Health based on a recommendation from my Dr. Emma immediately went to work on my terribly tight quad muscles and broken down glute. With her hands on manipulation of those muscles as well as a list of proper exercises and stretching, I noticed immediate improvement that continues to get better. I was basically written off and told I will most likely need hip replacement in the future. I still might but for now at least I have my life back. No more extreme pain when sitting and driving. I can even squat again with almost zero pain. A huge shout out also goes out the massage therapist Amanda Babcock. She combines the perfect combination of pressure and techniques. Hurts so good is how I would describe it. Thank you so much for improving my quality of life these last few weeks. Looking forward to continuing my healing journey with your help.
