Expérience négative: While the gym itself is well set-up and robust, unfortunately one of the associates, Hartik constantly pressured me and my partner to sign up for personal training during our orientation. It made us super uncomfortable and he was being incredibly condescending toward us, saying things like "why pay $65 for a gym membership knowing nothing and leave getting nothing" like woah? He also talked down at us when we mentioned our financial situation, saying we're wasting our money on junk anyways. Mind you, we are actively aware of our unhealthy lifestyles and know how to change it, and communicated to him that financial struggles make it difficult to live healthy. When I tried to confront him, saying it sounds like he wants us to quit he literally said word-for-word, "you're going to quit anyways." The gym, out of all places, should be a judgement free zone and I shouldn't have to actively feel self-conscious because I cannot afford a program. I had to refuse personal training three times and with each time he became more condescending and hostile, calling his 'advice' the "truth."

Expérience fantastique: Beautiful gym space. It also wasn’t very busy, mind you I went on a Saturday. Well equipped and neatly organized weights. As a dedicated weightlifter, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the weightlifting facilities. The gym is well-equipped with a wide variety of free weights and resistance machines, allowing for a comprehensive workout routine. One of the things that immediately impressed me was the organization of the weightlifting area. The weights were neatly arranged, making it easy to find the specific equipment I needed. Additionally, the lighting was excellent, providing clear visibility for proper form and technique. Although I didn't participate in any classes, I observed that the gym offered a diverse range of group fitness activities. This is a great option for those who prefer a more social and interactive workout experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my first visit to this GoodLife Fitness location. The gym's weightlifting facilities are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you're a weightlifter looking for a clean and well-equipped gym, I highly recommend giving this location a try.

Expérience négative: I was encouraged by the branch manager to get into credit card debt for personal training when I was clearly hesitant to sign up and “collect some points while you’re at it” This place will go great lengths to get your money
Hi there, we appreciate the review feedback. Our pre-authorized personal training agreements are billed to the bank account, not a credit card, so you wouldn't need to worry about credit card debt as mentioned.
Expérience négative: Whoever got paid to do the interior of this gym probably pulled one of the biggest money heists. The whole gym is a soup of unfinished walls and random walls with wallpaper. Leaving the interior aside the bathroom is perpetually filthy. Floor is wet and it smells. The equipment seems old. The only +ve thing is the gym location. Its convenient.

Expérience fantastique: A good gym with many facilities. I started with group fitness classes and later began personal training with Rahul. I've been training with him for 3 to 4 months, and it has positively impacted my life in many ways. I have PCOS and a knee injury from 2020, which limited exercises like squats, jumping jacks, and lunges. Thanks to Rahul's guidance, I'm now recovering from PCOS and can do squats, jumping jacks, and lunges and deadlifts without knee pain after workouts. Rahul is kind, patient, and empathetic. He tailors the training to my abilities and has significantly improved my exercise routine. He also provides valuable diet advice, helping me achieve my fitness goals. I highly recommend Rahul for anyone interested in personal training.

Expérience négative: I was a member for a few years, even when I moved far away from the gym I’d still make the trip 3/4 times a week. One day while I was busy exercising a bully took the rope cable from me a threatened to “break my nose” I told the staff, even emailed, nothing was done about it, I didn’t feel safe going back, one day some representative of the gym rang and pretty much said sorry but nothing has been done about it, when I said I was going to leave I got the feeling they would rather I did leave than to make a problem. They let me leave no problem, which I hear is a hard process for GoodLife. Anyway yeah I definitely felt like they had chosen a bully over trying to do the right thing and that same person is probably still at GoodLife bullying people. Not the gym I want to go to. ****update a few months later***** I have since joined hone fitness, the Spadina location is amazing, staff are friendly, people are extremely nice, facilities are great AND it’s far cheeper. I highly recommend. Much better gym to go to if you are new, slightly intimidated or overwhelmed or even if you are a gym bunny that hates confrontation, because that’s what you get with GoodLife.

Expérience fantastique: I really like this gym. I have been doing personal training with Colin and have had tremendous results with him. I've lost quite a bit of fat while putting on more muscle. As someone who has primarily stuck to cardio in the past, it's been a worthwhile experience learning how to strength train and I've have had lot's of fun in the process. If you can do it, I would recommend training with Colin :)

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic gym! Busy during peak hours, but many squat racks to accommodate. Fewer back & powerlifting machines (reverse hyper, chest supported row etc) vs other gyms, but all in all great for its location.

Expérience fantastique: I trained with a personal trainer, Rahul, and had great results. He addressed the pain I felt in certain parts of my body through specific exercises. After finishing training with him, I still use the techniques that he taught me to work through these issues. I now feel relief in areas that I hadn't felt relief in in a while.

Expérience positive: I love this Goodlife location, they have a lot of equipment and friendly staff but the one star I took off is because it is always way too warm at the gym! Especially with the summer weather coming up, having a stuffy hot gym makes working out unbearable.

I loved the morning staff on weekdays jojo and monique was great always smiling always looked happy and willin to help in any situation and kept the gym so clean now the staff sucks they don't care or even look at you. Worst experience now im looking else where to work out as now the gym has a terrible bad upper manager named Julia. This manager is wicked..you need to train your managers not to speak about members in such ways pittyful. I over heard her talking about a member to a staff worker about how she doesn't give one F what ppl do. She claims this is her gym and doesn't care if clients talk to doug ford the government or even good life head office this manager is filthy and the way she talks to you she belittles you in front of other gym.goers.She always looks miserable never comes out of her office. Always yelling at staff like they her children.why work at a fitness club id say Worst manager I've seen go thru here, such a shame. Get her OUT!! I loved kim Nguyen she was a perfect manager before. don't think ill be keeping my membership because of this manager JULIA . other than that they redt of the staff is great when she is not around. Worst manager.

Expérience négative: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP HERE. My boyfriend and I sat down with TONIA to sign us up for premium memberships. As we're discussing our plan benefits, Tonia urged us to sign up for a personal trainer starter pack that costs $200+. We explained that while the pack sounded nice, we were uni students on a budget and we just came to start a premium membership. However, she kept insisting for about 20-30 minutes that we pay for the pack. She kept projecting her own experience with the pack onto us, telling us that when she started at Goodlife, it "toned up" her whole body and got her so fit that she went competitive. Mind you she repeated this 3 times. She kept pressuring us into starting the pack despite us declining politely multiple times. I told Tonia, "I think I'll pass, thank you" to which she responded "Hmm, why do you THINK? I feel like you're hesitating. Is it the price? If it was a lower price you would take it" using a very interrogative and belittling tone. There were a lot of awkward silences and back and forth. It was a very uncomfortable experience. She could not take a hint, or more so ignored the hint and did not respect our boundaries. I was just in shock that she was so belligerently trying to money-grab from 20-year old students that were consistently saying no. It wasn't until my boyfriend half snapped and sternly asked if we could just continue signing up for regular memberships that she finally stopped and resumed signing us up (after yet another long pause and blank stare). Well, a month later we realized that she signed us up for ULTIMATE memberships instead of the premium memberships that we so consistently kept specifying we wanted to sign up for. So ridiculous and scummy of her. And I KNOW that this was not a mistake because she tried to offer us the Ultimate plan as it had more benefits, to which we said we did not need and we'd rather take the premium membership instead. I'm not even surprised that she did this after her persistence on upselling us. I asked friends with Goodlife memberships whether or not they had unpleasant experiences signing up at other locations as well. They said that their experiences signing up went smoothly and the associates were respectful of their needs. This is such a let-down because I enjoyed the machines and amenities of this location but I feel uncomfortable coming back.

Expérience négative: DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS LOCATION. Tonia was helping my girlfriend and I sign up for our memberships and she made us very uncomfortable. She was extremely persistent about us signing up for the Personal Trainer starter pack, and after declining 7 times she kept forcing it onto us. We explained nicely that we are not able to do it because we are university students on budget, which I think should be respectable enough, but Tonia persisted. After 20 minutes of declining the offer and constant explanation that it just wasn't in our budget to spend $200+ on a trainer plan, she asked my girlfriend why she was declining in a very passive aggressive tone. After my girlfriend repeated her reasons and said, "No I don't think so it's okay", and declined the offer, Tonia kept persisting and said, "Why do you think so? You sound like you're hesitating. If the price was lower, I think you would take it". My girlfriend was clearly uncomfortable in the situation so I interrupted their conversation and asked Tonia to just start us with the Premium membership (middle tier membership) and no personal trainer plan. Even after saying this, and clearly drawing our boundaries as to what we wanted and didn't want, Tonia persisted. It took 3 more attempts of declining, awkward silence and passive aggressive remarks from Tonia that she finally stopped. At this point, my girlfriend and I were so uncomfortable that we just wanted to sign the documents and leave. It just really felt like she saw us as an opportunity to make more money and didn't care about our boundaries and needs at all. One month later, I was looking at my billing and found out that Tonia has set us in the Ultimate plan, the highest tier plan available. Throughout the entire conversation we had with Tonia, we made it very clear that we wanted the PREMIUM plan because we were on a budget. I even remember saying that we DON'T NEED the ultimate plan because we wouldn't utilize the classes it provides. If I didn't pay close attention to my billing, this could've easily gone unnoticed. Tonia is an employee that only cares about making more money and doesn't care about the needs of the customers at all. She made our experience very uncomfortable through persistent upselling, used a passive aggressive tone and disregarded our needs. It's truly a shame because this gym was a great facility. This experience has tarnished our view on this location and are never going to return. If you want to start a GoodLife membership, go to any other location as the staff is so much more welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much to Bill from the Kennedy and Lawrence location for helping us sort this situation. He was extremely kind and took time out of his day to manage our confusion.

Expérience négative: The exit gate sensor doesn’t always work. I’ve hurt my knees multiple times on that thing. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, even though they “fixed” it last month.

Expérience fantastique: I must admit that I simply love this location. It has everything I need, plus the clientele is a collection of eyecandy to see at all times. The locker room and sauna/steam room might be in a better condition, they are a bit older than other locations but I think it is still acceptable. It will be very difficult for me to be away from this location in the summer while doing my law internship in a city which oddly does not have a GoodLife location, but in general I think GoodLife is one of the rare few things that are worth its money in this country. I had a problem with payments just yesterday for a fault of the company's website and the lady from the head office resolved the issue within seconds. I hope I don't regret saying this but I guess I will be a lifelong member of GoodLife in the future.

Expérience négative: I went with a friend who has membership and he recommends this place as a good gym place. However, he went inside to look for another friend and i was left outside as i don't have the membership. I asked the staff if i could use the washroom really quick but was denied of access. I am a potential customer who would have purchased membership that day but the their customer service was very poor. Imagine a member who had a member of his/her/their family with them and needed that washroom as well, will they be denied access too because they didn't have membership? Better train or improve your customer service skills.

Expérience positive: As a newly retired Canadian Soldier that has just moved to Toronto I have been looking for a good gym. I really enjoy this gym and the verity of equipment and the fact the dumbbells go past 75lbs but after today having a conversation with one of the managers over a discrepancy with my payments, too the point where she agreed with me and that I was right, but she couldn't do anything for me. This upsets me finding a solid honest gym in Toronto surprises me. And now I have to consider looking elsewhere

Expérience fantastique: I bought an intro PT 6 session pack and was paired with Michael as my personal trainer. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer, not only did Michael teach me proper form and technique but he also pushed me past my limits. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining different concepts related to exercise and nutrition. He is also very encouraging and knows how to make working out fun. I learned so much from him in such a short period of time and I feel much more confident in the gym as a result. I'm excited to take what I learned from him and apply it to my workout routine.

Expérience fantastique: I have been working out for 4+ years and have always struggled with squatting form and depth. In my first session with Erdal I saw and felt a positive change! My form felt much better which allowed me to squat deeper! He also gave some good stretches to facilitate more openness in my hips prior to my leg days!!

Expérience positive: Everything is great except 2 things #1 the sauna isn't very hot, the other goodlifes have the temp set to 90, I'm not sure what this is set to because it's a timer dial, however it's significantly less hotter than it should be #2 there's only 3 blow dryers in the entire womans change room and only 1 of them has hot air, I thought that was a little weird. Other than that great place !

Expérience positive: My home gym is 137 Yonge but come to this John st location to use the cold room and massage chairs. I talked with the desk people on Yonge about cancelling my personal training sessions. They said I have to talk to my trainer or the fitness manager at John location. I talked to the desk people at John street and said to talk with trainer or manager. I sent a text message to trainer explaining I need to cancel due to financial reasons she said to come in and talk about my options. I couldn’t come in to talk so she said to read my contract. I can’t access my older emails on my I phone and the library computers are down. When I asked her if she can resend the contract, her response was to read the contract that was sent to me by email.

Expérience fantastique: An okay gym with a sufficient amount of equipment but really busy during peak hours. Only giving this review 5 stars because of the customer service, and in particular to the front desk staff employee Jojo! That guy is extremely kind, does beyond what is expected of his role and makes the gym a much more welcoming place!

Expérience fantastique: I've been a Goodlife member for a couple months now and signed up for the 7 pack training session (7 - 1 hour sessions). I was fortunate to get Kirstin as my personal trainer. She was so helpful and friendly. I was feeling nervous at the beginning because I don't know how to use the equipment. Kirstin taught me everything and made me feel so comfortable. Now I can use the equipment with confidence. Thank you, Kirstin!!! I also really liked that when you are with your personal trainer, you are in a private room. It's more intimate and you can focus and learn more without being distracted by others. The gym itself is nice! It is my favourite location in the city. Lots of equipment and treadmills. Very clean and the staff is always friendly. I've taken a yoga class and really enjoyed it. I am excited to try the other classes. :D

Expérience fantastique: I've been coming to this location for around a year and I've been loving it so far, my trainer Joseph has been amazing and focused on my progress and building a plan that helps me meet my goals. I also really love the boxing classes taught by Evan, they're a great workout and Evan does a great job teaching the techniques and form while also making it an enjoyable experience

Expérience fantastique: I was skeptical about boxing at first but still ended up giving it a try. Glad that I made that decision because my coach - Evan Zanolla is such a knowledgeable and passionate instructor. He has always kept everybody in our classes motivated with group challenges and he has the capacity to change things up and make the workout interesting. I also love the size of each class, 4-5 people with 1 instructor so everybody can always stay engaged, and have a chance to spar with different partners.So for anyone who’s interested, I highly recommend you to give a try. Surely you will have a great time

Expérience fantastique: The gym is clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I also highly recommend Evan's boxing class. It's super intense but fulfilling. I've learned so many great techniques, and getting to spar with others really lets you test out what you've learned. Plus, the stretching at the end of each class helps you relax. It's also a fantastic way to boost your confidence

Expérience fantastique: My trainer Evan is an excellent boxing trainer with lots of enthusiasm and knowledge about the sport! I have been attending his group boxing classes every Monday and Thursday for the past month. I strongly recommend people to give it a try! It is a beginner-friendly class!

Expérience fantastique: If you're looking for a boxing coach, Evan Zanolla is your man! His coaching methods are full of great and right techniques, plus he has lots of knowledge and practical skills. I like that the class involves different aspects such as individual work, coach time, equipment, pair time, actually understanding and learning the right way to do boxing and more. What I like the most about Evan is his ability to set the right mindset for people. Boxing isn't only about the body, it connects you mentally and physically, and with every class, I'm learning more and more, thanks to Evan and his coaching. He is a coach, who wants you to succeed. His way of coaching, commitment, and personality are the best of the best. Also, I'm a Southpaw (left-hander), and Evan is a coach, who took this fact and taught me interesting techniques to upgrade my boxing skills and knowledge, he also taught me how to switch my leading hands the right way. I appreciate this and everything so much. I can continue this review but the better idea is to go yourself, look for Evan, and dive into the world of boxing with such an awesome coach. Welcoming vibes, clean, helpful staff, a great front desk team, and coaches, and I had an awesome experience with Evan Zanolla for my training sessions! He is very knowledgeable, positive, and attentive! He was able to understand my current state, aspiring goals + lifestyle and put me on the right track and program, and I started to see results even in the early stages of my fitness journey! Also, if you're a new person to the sports world or didn't get back to it for a long time, feel free to ask the team, they'll find you the right membership! Expérience négative: I had cancelled my membership for both my fiance and I and was told that my last payment would be on Jan 26th 2023. 6 payments followed after this last payment for a total of $208.92. I have requested phone calls with no luck. I have been in a lengthly email thread that is not going anywhere. When I ask a question the responses are quotation from your policy. The argument on Goodlife part is that cancellation needs to come from each member. The cancellation email came from a shared email from both my fiance and I. Yet the quoted policy has no verbiage of shared email. The questions that I also would like answered aside from getting my money back is - Please walk me through the process that GoodLife takes when one member decides to end their membership. What steps does GoodLife takes to ensure and inform the other member of; -The change of terms -Ensure that the payment method either remains the same or a new change is provided etc. I have left a complaint on your BBB and sent you an email to you HQ.
Hi Jasmine, we will confirm that each member is required to request for their own cancellation (if they are over the age of majority). This includes if couples share or use the same email. Once cancellations are processed, the email confirmation cites that the cancellation applies to the individual member, not the remaining members on file. If you have submitted a complaint through other channels, we will reply with more specific details to respect privacy on this platform.
Expérience négative: Was very disappointed in my experience here. Was pressured into joining personal training, with the caveat that I had 10 days to opt out. When I did opt out instead of refunding me they charged me an additional $300 without providing a reason. They took $611 from me. I received about half back then they used it to bill my membership and then cancelled my membership. Spent about a $1,000 dollars only to have the manager not answer any of my emails. Will not be visiting any of the Good Life locations in the future.

Expérience fantastique: Nice and clean; no free parking but not surprised given its location in downtown core! The set up is a bit strange but that’s not a reflection of the gym service itself. There are 2 levels and for the most part, it flows as well as you can imagine!

Expérience fantastique: Best vibe of any Goodlife I've been too. Music selection is absolutely fire, equipment is well maintained and the vibe is moody in the best way possible. Only downfall is parking, they only validate after 4 or on weekends.

Me and my partner enrolled just because of him. The saleswoman came late due to a miscommunication between the website application and this location. Her way to attend people is okay... she could do better Overall this location is good

Expérience négative: I wish u could give 0 stars due to one staff member, Went in here very excited and came out extremely disappointed with the service from just l one girl who worked here. It’s sad that all the other nice employees get over looked because one employee gives you a very hard time. I am not sure if she was a manager or not but This employee was very rude from the moment we stepped into the building, her tone was extremely rude and disrespectful . She was working at closing shift on Thursday and had long black hair and was of asian ethnicity. She was very condescending when giving us directions as it was our first time at this gym. After that She yelled at us 2 more times to get out at closing time before anyone else was even out of the gym . I am not sure why she was acting this way as I didn’t see her treating others in the same manner. Sad that because of one person the whole experience became absolutely horrible. Other than that the actual gym is very clean and a great place to work out, but due to the staff we will not be returning :)

Expérience positive: Nice gym and facilities (including a small steam room). Removed a star because they won't validate parking on Fridays or Saturdays, which costs at least $16. I'm unsure if they validate parking during office hours. They otherwise incorrectly advertise this location as having validated parking on the Goodlife website.

Expérience positive: 3 stars feels a bit generous but it's clean and the racks have bumper plates. I was rather put off with the hard selling I got hit with right off the bat. I was told I had to do an assessment which used 2 hours of my day to give me out dated lifting advice, tell me to drink more water, and ask me completely inappropriate questions about my medical history. After all this it was just to get me to sign up for some classes I didn't want. I maintain my membership for now, but I can't, in good conscience, recommend this gym over other weight rooms within the city. Especially for what they charge

Expérience fantastique: I am a member at the GoodLife Fitness Toronto Richmond and John branch, and work out under the supervision of trainer Clementine Nauzin. Clementine has demonstrated solid capabilities in understanding my body traits, and a great command of workout movements (free weights and machines). A month after I started working out, I could notice my body improving for the better. In addition, she is a pleasant trainer who pushes me to complete the workout sets no matter what!

Expérience fantastique: I attended Colin’s boxing classes this summer and have nothing but positive things to say about his class. His sense of humour, along with his detailed knowledge about the body’s anatomy, and what kind of workout would work for all levels is commendable. I was able to meet my fitness and weight goals this summer, because of his class. Must attend for anyone who has an inclination for fitness and boxing.

Expérience fantastique: As far as Goodlife gyms go, I have no complaints at all. It can get quite busy at times, but this makes sense given the location. I find the front desk staff (and the employees generally) to be really friendly, welcoming and helpful, and I've never had a bad experience with anyone. Shout out to my personal trainer Jordan who takes excellent care of me.

Expérience négative: Earlier this week I overheard an assistant fitness manager named George being incredibly rude and berating to another woman at the counter. It was so uncomfortable that the customer burst into tears, and it was upsetting to witness how shaken she was. I have been working out at this location for a while now, and it is not the first time that fitness managers have made the gym feel like a unwelcoming environment. I am writing this review to ask Goodlife to reconsider their employment values, in hopes that other customers do not experience similar treatment at the hands of this particular employee.

Expérience négative: My girlfriend just came home from this gym crying because an assistant fitness manager named George was berating her for "abusing the time of workers"... simply because something had come up last minute and she had to cancel an appointment. The rest of the staff were very apologetic and courteous, but there was never an apology from George. Completely disgusting and unprofessional from this employee. It goes without saying that we will not be using this location so long as George continues to work there.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been going to this gym almost everyday before I go to work and the amenities and staff are spectacular. I especially would like to highlight a day I came in, yesterday June 29th I was mid workout and started to feel lightheaded and nauseous. I quickly moved to the front desk to ask for assistance and was greeted with such attentiveness and kindness from Sam and Matthew. Sam quickly asked me questions and told me to sit down and drink some water. She then asked a couple more questions, like if I needed food etc. She offered to get me a donut and even asked what flavour I wanted. Sam went out to get it and came back so fast. Matthew, also attended to me and had a nice conversation about how I’m feeling and how he’s there to help in any way I need. I started to feel like new after eating the donut and resting a bit. Thank you so so so much to both Sam and Matthew for being so kind and helpful. They are shining examples of what fantastic customer service is and what it should be worldwide! P.S I think they deserve a raise or some form of gift :)

Expérience fantastique: So I realize after going here that (although still very nice), I must be going to the dumpy Goodlife. This location puts the rest to shame. I love the layout- there are nooks and hideaway spots with lots of equipment where you don’t have to feel like you’re on display. It feels clean and modern and the locker room has steam, sauna, and cold refresh room. I feel like Goodlife acquired this gym from like Caesar’s Palace or something. It’s a bit far away from me so it won’t be my home gym but I like switching it up and will be back.

Expérience négative: In January 2022 while Ontario was still in lockdown, I called Goodlife to make sure my membership was still on hold. The lady on the phone informed me that they could no longer leave my membership on hold and that I would need to start paying my membership fees again. I explained to her that since covid was still surging that I would not be going to the gym. She became very rude at this point, telling me that they put my membership on pause as a favor and that I couldn't expect them to continue to not collect fees. So I asked her to cancel my membership since I did not see the point in paying for a membership that I was not using. She did not even try to keep me as a member, and she continued to be rude and curt over the phone. In April I began returning to work. I called Goodlife to get my membership back. They said that yes I could continue my membership and would not have to start over as a new member. I have been a member for 8 years. However when my fees came out of my account they are more than double. Also I no longer have towel service. I go to the gym with 2 of my co-workers. They were never told that their membership could not be paused. They continued being members and when they went back to work in April they returned to the gym. Their memberships are the same and price has not increased. They also still receive towel service. Not cool.

We can confirm that memberships were placed on a $0.00 freeze during all club closures, with the option to place a contractual freeze when we reopened. We wouldn't be able to reinstate the membership if cancelled as the contractual freeze option was available as an alternative to cancellation (keeping the agreement active).
Expérience négative: One of the WORST GoodLife locations I came through.! Literally, No space to workout. Actually this gym is specifically for personal training. Normally we are not allowed to use studio, boxing room, yoga room and so on. There is one more small space at top floor which is never organized with the dumbbells. At downstairs, normally all benches are occupied or no dumbbells. When we are trying to cancel our membership this guys are telling like I need to wait until 30 days to cancel, I understand your policy but why should I waste money in this gym where completing my workout it takes like 2 hrs just roaming here and there to find machines and dumbbells. Really this location is Not Recommended. Staff is also very unhelpful, They don’t let you go when you are cancelling the membership giving 100 reasons to pay before canceling the membership. Literally, I needed to go to a different GoodLife location for a help in cancelling my membership.
