Expérience négative: I signed my daughter up for gymnastics class and signed her up for the wrong day so I tried to call several times. No one answered. I left a message and tried to send an email online but their website wouldn’t let me send an email. Classes were filling up so I decided to just pay for the class I wanted and called to get them to cancel the other class. They did not call me all night and then called me the next morning saying that I will get a $25 charge for canceling even though I called several times as soon as they opened and several times throughout the night until they closed. Just a heads up that customer service is not great here. I am hoping for a better experience when we start gymnastics.

Expérience négative: Signed up son up for the wrong class time (signed up for morning although needed afternoon) website was glitching multiple times during this process, Called immediately after. No one answered all night from 430-830 (hours online says they’re open). And sent an email. Man on the phone called back next day and They’re charging me $25 for cancelling and said if I called within two hours they could’ve waived it before it processed. Although I have proof I called multiple times, he was very rude and refused to waive the $25 fee.

Expérience positive: My kid is in their SK program and was absolutely over the moon to start her program. She has 3 coaches, 2 of which are quite miserable and have made her doubt her choice to stay with gymnastics in the future. They also don't offer much guidance or even watch half the time.

Expérience fantastique: Great experience having my daughter's 6th birthday party here!! The instructors were great with the kids, and the party was very reasonably priced considering I had 10 five/six year olds. That included pizza and juice boxes and 2 hours of well planned out fun. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good experience for a birthday party, boy or girl. I'm sure their classes are good too.

Expérience fantastique: After celebrating a friend's birthday 2 years in a row here, my daughter insisted we have her party at the gymnastics club. It's terrific fun; my 4 year old didn't even want to leave! The kids are taught safety rules and are then allowed to play freely. They play a game chosen by the birthday child, then get more free play time before retiring to the party room for pizza and juice (provided), cake, and presents. The staff are friendly and professional. Every person who's been there as a kid for a party has remembered it fondly, and my daughter's guests will be no exception!
