I must say that anyone that has a chance to check out all she provides for classes or as a nurse injector she will fit ALL your needs! I personally had the experience of getting a botched job from a different business altogether. My friend referred me to Kayla. Kayla, is an excellent nurse and injector. She fixed the unfixable. I praise her for taking the time to make me feel whole again. Then , I discovered all the services she provides. I can't wait to start the class my friend that referred me to her is designing for "Tru For U"..

Expérience fantastique: Such a beautiful studio. As soon as you walk through the door, you feel an instant sense of calming. Like a hug to your soul. The staff are amazing, and they truly care about you. Great teachers that accomodate yogis of any experience level. I can't recommend this studio enough!

Expérience fantastique: I've been attending Tru 4 U, for the past 7 years. I've done, yoga and fitness, and I've received medi spa services. I couldn't recommend Tru for U enough. The yoga instructors are welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable, as well as fitness instructors. Also talk about fun, the variety of classes and they are a blast. I had received botox in my forehead. It was a very comfortable setting and in a calming beautiful atmosphere. Kayla is amazing at what she does and the joy really shows. Quality of work.

Casey (massage therapist) has magic hands, I am not sure what I would do without her expertise on a regular basis. She is an amazing person and I look forward to not only the benefits of the massages/ cupping but also the conversations during the service. Lyndsey is amazing, my 12 year old sees her and always says Lyndsey helps “clear her brain”. She made my quiet/“shy” child comfortable enough to speak openly and freely on the first visit. Nev has been fantastic for my laser hair removal journey. delivering effective and efficient services while making you feel comfortable. Tammy is amazing helping with scheduling, making sure I get booked when needed. Thankful to be a client at Tru for U.

She is truly amazing at what she does and totally worth it. You'd be amazed how clear your mind is after a session. Then to top it off the body work she does it truly an art. Highly recommend anyone to give Lyndsey a try and you won't be disappointed

I have found inner peace with my self which continues to help me through this process. All staff and yoga teachers so supportive and will help out at anytime! When I started going to tru I was at a much different fitness level, I had always had anxiety around working out but the Tru studio changed that for me.
