Expérience fantastique: I just want to say thank you soo much for the amazing birthday party for my daughter!! I have recommended you guys to all my friends and her classmates parents after the kids had the time of their life. My daughter told us that it was the best birthday party she's ever had. Very reasonably priced and we will now be looking into coming here for gymnastic lessons.

Expérience fantastique: Great place for kids who have lots of energy and need someplace to burn it off. Friendly coaches and staff members. Lots of smiles and my kids sleep amazing at night when they come home from practice. Definitely recommend the gymnastics centre!

Expérience négative: Worst Summer camp ever... Kids are all mixed 4-12, activities not suitable for the age and my kid got sick just after spending 2 days in this camp due to poor hygiene and allowing sick kids in the camp. I don't recommend the Summer Camps at Gymnastics Energy.

Expérience fantastique: My daughter recently celebrated her 6th birthday at Gymnastics Energy and had an amazing time! (in her words: "The Best Birthday Ever!"). The staff were knowledgeable, caring, safe, enthusiastic and child-centered! The coaching staff went out of their way to ensure that each child was comfortable and felt special during their time at the gym. The party room had lots of space, was pre-set up and provided the perfect venue for the remaining festivities. I appreciate Gymnastics Energy for their extraordinary care and wonderful services to host this special event. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Expérience fantastique: My daughter had a lovely birthday there with all of her friends and they thoroughly enjoyed each apparatus. Additionally, she attends weekly for rec and i love the empowerment it provides her and seeing her smile!

Expérience négative: If you have classes ongoing all around your place, why on earth do you open spots for drop-ins? Greed is the answer? I get that. All toddlers with their parents are kept being kicked out from place to another. Whenever the toddlers step onto a ground, there a so-called instructor who jumps in to ask the parent to leave the area. $15 down the drain. Such a disappointment

Expérience fantastique: Customer service is a ten plus! Signed our 3 year old up for toddler gymnastics as I was looking for something for him to burn some energy. He was super excited and in typical 3-year old fashion, he chickened out last minute and would not go. ‍♀️. But Diane was super helpful and gave me suggestions oh how to ease him in and when that didn’t work she gave me a full refund, no questions asked. She fully understood my frustration and how toddlers work. Thank you. I hope to be back one day when he’s older and ready.

Expérience fantastique: My daughter has been at Gymnastics Energy since she was 3 and she is now 8. She is on the competitive team and the gym has been her second home for 5 years now. This weekend we had a competition in Burlington, a 40min drive from home. When we got there we were on time and ready to watch, but then Coach Amy came up to tell us we had a small emergency..although in gymnastics language it was huge. My daughter forgot her grips for Bars. Grips are something you break in over time, like a new pair of skates. I knew I would not make it home and back in time, but with quick thinking by coach Amy she contacted one of our other Coaches, Coach Tina! Without any hesitation. Coach Tina got in her car, went to my house, picked up the grips and started on her way to us!! I met her half way, although she did have to go a bit further because I got stuck in traffic. We did finally meet up , she gave me a chocolate bar as she said I would need it...lol..I sure did!! I got back with like a minute to spare before my daughter was to compete on the bars!! Beky was able to compete and she came in 2nd place on bars. The amount of care and dedication these Coaches from Gymnastics Energy give to their athletes is above and beyond!!! They truely have made us feel a part of a family!! Thank you for everything!! #energyforlife

Expérience fantastique: Amazing place for a birthday party! Our daughter just had her 6th birthday there and everything was fantastic. From the wonderful receptionist that booked the party on the phone with me, to the exceptional staff Brooke and Brianne that greeted us at the door. They went above and beyond to make the space decorated so cute for the girls, helped with greeting parents at the door. Brianne was really great with the girls they all had an amazing time with her in the gymnastic portion and we were organized and out the door and all cleaned up 10 min after the party. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all!

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic place! Both my kids have been here for camp, rec classes and drop-ins! They had a blast! Loads of activity and came home exhausted and super happy. You want more activity for you child, you should sign them up. Staff was very helpful and kind. Gym is huge and clean!

Expérience négative: Gym has been taking over with new management. Went to re enroll my daughter, and they were terribly terribly rude. The gym won't last long under this style of management.

Expérience négative: So disappointed with this gym. The teachers are all young teens, many are not equipped to deal with young children effectively. So many seem bored and distracted as they train their students, to the point of not noticing when someone falls. Very disappointing as the facility is impressive. Not the place for children (particularly boys) who need attentive, hands on instruction and consistency.

Expérience négative: After hearing how my special needs niece was treated during a birthday party I will make sure others know why I don't recommend they use your facility for events !

Expérience négative: UPDARED RATING: Unfortunately after several months of issues and first hand experience of how unethical this club runs things, I have chosen to take my child to club, that I believe, will instill a sense of self confidence and esteem in her. Unfortunately her self esteem was ripped from her while training at Energy, and the Board felt that it was my responsibility to address the coach after my daughter had been harassed and left SEVERAL times crying (along with admitted mistreatment that was described as a "misunderstanding); as a result they refused to supply me with a refund. This proves to me that the Board and the club, as a whole, does not believe a young child when she complains about bullying and therefore does not value the growth and development of young prepubescent girls. It is clear that Gymnastics Energy values nothing more than money! I would NEVER recommend this organization until they clean up their disorganized and uncaring business practices. Making "good " athletes should not come at the expense of their emotional wellbeing. They can keep my money; it's worth the price to pay in order to fight and prove that this club places no value on the children their policies were enacted to protect from bullying and harassment. It sickens me, quite frankly! ******************************************************* My daughter (6) loves attending! She is the competitive program, ODP, 9 hours a week with Amy T. I can't say enough nice things about our experience with Amy. My daughter has excelled tremendously. The facility is well equipped with tonnes of space and viewing. It's always clean and I love how bright it is! The downside, WAY too packed on rec nights, but that's par for the course. It would be nice to see a more organized energy competition next year. It was absolutely horrible! I'm sure they're trying to work some Kinks out, but if it wasn't our home competition I would never attend again. Excluding that slight hiccup, we are more than pleased with our experience so far. I suppose I'm slightly biased, as I also trained and competed for energy in my younger years.

Expérience négative: Maybe the gym, coaches and classes are good BUT definitely do NOT have your kids birthday party there. They did not clean up the room from previous parties that day, so unfortunately if you are the last party you are stuck with a dirty room. Our party host was nice, but young and unprofessional. As guests were arriving she told me I had to pay for the party before anyone could enter the room. Well I did pay, and in full, a month prior to the party. It was a bit embarrassing the way they approached me in front of parents to talk about payment. I then pulled up my receipt on my phone and she had to call someone else in the room to verify. There was tonnes of bees in our party room that day. The doors were open that day in the gym. I spent most of my time that day swatting bees off of 5 yr olds as I didn't want anyone to get stung. The garbage was full to the rim with no lid and the party decorations looked like they had been used over and over. They provide plastic spoons, no forks, and one napkin per child. As we were leaving and waiting for parents some kids got antsy and started running around on the mats and equipment outside of the play room. I get it, they weren't supposed to be doing it, however a woman decided to yell at the kids to stop from across the gym. There's a nice way to remind guests to not play on equipment unsupervised, and then there was her way. Definitely would never have a party rhere again no matter how attractive the price was.
