Expérience fantastique: I have never been one to go to the gym but I started at CrossFit Spruce Grove two years ago at the age of 45, and I love it! The workouts are always different, so you never get bored, classes are small, and the people are awesome! It really is a community. I started because my back was so messed up I would end up medicated and lying flat on the floor for days. Now I feel stronger than I ever have and I haven’t taken back meds in 1.5 years. Every workout is scaled so beginners and more experienced can all get a good workout. If you think “I can’t do CrossFit, I’m too out of shape”, you are wrong, anyone can do it.

Expérience fantastique: AMAZING! I absolutely love this place! Hannes is outstanding! He takes the time with you to explain everything you need to know. The people and environment are so welcoming and kind. My 12 year old son is obsessed as well and has found a new passion within this place. . The gym is very clean, the equipment is wonderful and atmosphere is so great. So happy we found this wonderful gym!

Expérience fantastique: I am 6 months into taking classes at CrossFit Spruce Grove and I have noticed physical and mental improvements in myself. Before deciding to join I was intimidated by the technical aspects of CrossFit, but the welcoming atmosphere and coaching helped me settle in. Can't wait to see what the next 6 months hold. Drop into a class if you want to level up your fitness!

Expérience fantastique: Dropped in from Texas while visiting family over Thanksgiving. Hannes was super friendly and accommodating...even though I was a late arrival. He worked me right in mid-WOD! Great work-out!

They met me where I'm at and helped me gain confidence. High recommend checking this place out. Trainers are great, community is amazing and workouts that will leave you sweaty but happy.
