Expérience fantastique: Renewed a one month membership last week. The owner is a very accommodating person! A lot of changes( new equipment and layout). The gentleman in the office is very friendly and very knowledgeable!! A great spot to get your sweat on!

Expérience négative: Not sure if this place is still open but if it is don’t waste your time and money. The equipment/machines are old and rickety. Half the cardio machines don’t work and the ones that do rock back and forth and/or have broken adjusting knobs, as they are ancient and/or are home-gym quality. The universal equipment looks and operates particularly bad with wobbly ripped seats and rusty handles. There is only one kettle bell in the whole gym, and mats for doing floor work are paper thin, cracked and ripped. The place smells bad, particularly the basement, and no matter what floor you’re on you are forced to listen to loud, terrible music being pumped through the fuzzy PA system - audible even through your own headphones. There is a basketball court that is open to the main area, so when someone is using it you have to listen to loud balls bouncing on top of the PA system music, mingled in with your own music, podcast, etc., it becomes disturbingly loud. The main room is poorly lit, especially in the ‘mat area’. BTW, the ‘mat area’ is only big enough for one person at a time, and the black foam floor covering is breaking down and will transfer onto your shoes and clothes. Except for a couple of hours in the morning it is a completely unmanned gym, so the bathroom is often filthy ( ie: piss on the floor in front of the toilet), which is for both men and women to share unless you want to walk up two flights of stairs and down a long hallway to take a piss, which leads me to the water from the fountain - it is beige and undrinkable. Therefore, there is supposed to be bottled water available, however there’s usually none. Overall, not one good thing to say about this gym. I now go to Waterford to workout.

Expérience fantastique: Well equipped gym, SUPER convenient being 24/7. Clean and the squash/basketball court is a nice addition, as well as change rooms + showers. If you’re looking for a gym in Simcoe, go here!

Expérience fantastique: Hey. This is a great place to go and just get your overall swoll on. Although I've never been, this would be the place to go. Great prices and deals that satisfy people's needs, along with their personal health! I could honestly see myself shredding shoulders and tri's on a tuesday evening and that's what I like most about this place! Thanks.

Expérience négative: Went to this gym to try it out, everything was nice, then got told if I signed up for a year membership I could save money and if I didn't think I would last the year that I could cancel anytime as long as I gave a 30 day notice. So I called today thinking I could just cancel but I guess I'm binded to a contract which I wasn't even told about. Now I'm stuck paying for something I don't even use because I was tricked into it. Thanks simfit. Tricking people into contracts they can't get out of

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely love this place. I moved away for almost ten years and never stopped missing it. It is hard to find such a nice, clean, welcoming gym. You can be any age, fitness level etc here and feel at home.
