Expérience fantastique: Reading some reviews we were somewhat afraid of getting a membership. But we went there and asked for a presentation tour. The staff were (and is) really nice. The fitness classes teachers are great and the gym is well equipped and maintained. I’m not sure if YMCA improved their staff and facilities or people just like to complain.

Expérience négative: Love the ymca..hate the desk manager ..keeps changing the rules weekly..makes me feel unwanted..and cheeted..need new manager who knowes the rules..and does not change them at her wim...

Expérience négative: When you cancel your membership and then they take the money and you call amd fix it they tell you the money is there for when you want to use it you try and use it amd they tell you that you OWE them money and that they did put it on the account but then they took it back! I should have almost 65 on my account and instead of doing it properly they are money hungry telling me I OWE them money to even purchase a day pass cuz they again renewed a membership on the money they refunded me. I do not blame the staff working today they were kind and professional but this is absolutely ridiculous!

Expérience négative: would give it 0 stars if I could. taking an extra hour off each day… didn’t they just add the hours back to 10pm?? myself and many others will be leaving because of this. was hoping we’d be going back to 11pm instead of retracting hours. highly disappointing.

Expérience fantastique: I liked the facility. The front staff is very accommodating and the equipment is in good shape. We are here from London Ontario.

Expérience négative: I gave one start because the front of staff was kind and helpful however even said "everything is going wrong" because we had to print two separate day passes for my son and I, also took awhile because the printer and other tech was having problems. When my son and I finally go to the change rooms and ready to shower we were confronted by a woman while we were naked. She had a problem with my son being with me however we were alone in the change rooms other then her, it's being and we were in a private area with curtains by the sauna. She was was taking it personally that as a mom of a boy I would let him in a woman's change room - I wouldn't as a mom seperate from my son, we stay together because we're nomadic vanlifers traveling all across Canada and the USA. Instead of arguing further I went back to my son who was in a private shower with curtin and when I left again another woman was waiting for me. Naked and confronted again, while my son is away and in private area I decided to just get him, dry off, and leave because it was just too unbelievable and stressful at this point. As we left I decided to confess my story to the front desk and they listened but were unable to find papers to write a report, they said they would report it on their own later so here I am sharing a one-star-review.

Expérience fantastique: This is a good gym with lots of places to do activities. Membership is expensive but worth it. I come here at least 2-3 times a week.

Expérience négative: Got my cash stolen, broken lock, poor security. Facilities decent, easy to get in w/o a membership. All in all, security is not the worst.

Expérience négative: My son love the facilities here, up until last night(March 28 2023) someone stole his money inside a padlocked locker, the padlock was broken and all his money was taken(its not much but it is his savings) The staff are so professional to record it, and assured that we will never get the money back. Well, I just told my son to charge it to experience and not to bring any valuable things next time. We like the place, it has all the recreational facility that our family enjoy, well keep coming back but will be really careful next time.

Expérience négative: Great facilities, large variety of machines for specific muscle groups. However changing rooms aren’t secure, someone broke my lock and stole all my cash so this rating drops to 2 stars.

Expérience fantastique: Few issues if any, new equipment and friendly helpful staff.

Expérience positive: Gym is ok and staff are really nice but the guests here are wild. Old people will let everything hang out in the change room while hanging out. People in the workout area have a serious staring problem which makes for an uncomfortable experience. Membership is also on the pricier side compared to other gyms in town.

Expérience fantastique: Staff at front desk are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Cathie! I also loved the Tuesday 500 workout! Caring and knows her stuff if you have limitations! A very happy vibe from being here thank you.
