Expérience fantastique: Went swimming with my nieces. The sauna was great. Hope the renovations would be done because the experience could be even better.

Expérience fantastique: I can’t wait until the renovations are done so that my niece and I can return to the pool! Harry Bailey is our favourite leisure centre for swimming with a toddler because the shallow area is in a completely separate pool, the drop-in tot & family swim times are the best, the schedule honestly is the best. It isn’t very busy and it’s clean. Counting down the days (months) until it reopens!

Expérience négative: Apparently you need to sign a book with your license plate number when you're a patron there. They don't tell you that on the sign in the parking lot costing you a 40 to 65 ticket from a private parking company. Very disappointed that they don't have proper signage to alert people to this..

Expérience fantastique: The pool timetable works great for a working person, open early and closes late. Staff are always friendly, I'll miss the location whilst it undergoes renovations.

Expérience positive: A good vacation for the whole family, there is a pool for all ages, from shallow to deep. Lifeguards always supervise visitors in the pools. The sauna is beautiful. Thanks.

Expérience positive: Nice city "old" aquatic facility. Apparently they'll shut down from March 1, 2023 until October 1, 2024 for renovations and improvements, including adding a locker room for families and increasing the lengths of their competitive swimming pools.

Expérience négative: The staff and 2 life guards were very angry when I ask for a towel last night ,actually had 2 life guards argue with me when I asked for a towel had to walk away from them I felt very unsafe they were argue with me n,I felt unsafe

Expérience fantastique: Ходим сюда 1-2 раза в неделю,очень нравится и бассейн,и сауна,и джакузи. Хорошо,что перенесли закрытие этого центра еще на 3 месяца,жаль,что потом на 1,5 года надо будет искать другой бассейн,но надеемся,что после ремонта он станет еще лучше. Желаем этого от всей души.

Expérience fantastique: This place is well maintained and less crowded than the other places we have been to. The environment is calm and inviting.

Expérience fantastique: It's been couple of times that I am going there. Everything is perfect. Staf and lifeguards are very nice and happy. The other day the lifeguard swem deep(5m) to grab my goggles from the bottom of pool. That was so kind. The water and showers were always clean. They always talk to me friendly if I can't be in one pool and describe why too. The representative lady there told us that they pushed the renovation till Dec 1th.

Expérience fantastique: Took the boys to the pool to cool off from the hot summer heat. It cost 20.00 for the family and 25 cents for the locker to put your valuable stuff. There were different height level pools. On one side there low level pools for babies up to prob 10yr Olds. On the other side there is a 5ft deep pool for more experienced swimmer s. Then on the other side is an even deeper pool with spring board and stuff. Ther were life guards ready and available. There is a Saunas and two hot water tubs. Overall, I'd say this is an excellent indoor pool to visit and enjoy some swimming activities.

Expérience positive: It was a good place to take my family for a swim it is spacious with diving boards and swimming lanes and not crowed at all very safe in terms of COVID-19 perspectives, though the only minor downside is that there is no water slide but all in all it's great place for swimming.

Expérience fantastique: Notably has a small climbing wall in the deep end and I was happy to try it! The sauna has a large window and is very enjoyable. There's an area to swim lanes, has a deep end with diving boards, and 2 hot tubs. Enjoyed my time there, hope to go back someday.

Expérience négative: My whole family went yesterday, Tues Aug 3rd around 4pm and were told the pool is not open to public until 6pm. So I ask nicely what is the hrs tomorrow. The lady in the counter rudely said she will check but took a call instead and was laughing then started talking to her colleague while still on the phone. I left without saying a word. My daughter even said, what is her problem. We always go to Harry Bailey because of great staff except for the lady who is on duty that day. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Expérience fantastique: 2020 has not been a favourable year. Despite this, every time I go to the Harry Bailey Aquatic Centre, I am greeted with exceptional customer service. An employee named Sonya, for instance, went out of her way to provide helpful information on the protocols and procedures regarding the COVID restrictions and schedules, which I found especially helpful as a new resident of Saskatoon. The facility, though slightly older, is maintained with immaculate care. Unlike facilities I've visited in other municipalities, the floors in the locker room are clean. Temperatures are perfect. And each time I swim, I find that the water from the pool does not irritate my skin, which implies that the maintenance staff knows the adequate balance of water to chlorine ratio. All this taken together, I give five enthusiastic stars for the Harry Bailey Aquatic Centre.

Expérience positive: Covid protocols are good. But this pool needs some care and maintenance. Hot tub and sauna are closed and the sauna looks like it is being torn apart inside, but there’s nothing that tells you if it’s under construction. Only about 4 lockers that you can use your own locks on in the women’s change room. Just feels old.

Expérience négative: Took 3 of my kids there tonight. Water was freezing cold I mean cold had a hard time staying in there for 20 minutes. Bugs were floating in the water gross huge turn off. Kids noticed them . My middle child noticed a bird up above diving boards. Swim time was from 630-8pm. We had to wait for my hubby to pick us up. An employee was about to leave for the night and said we are closed you have to leave. Not a word of a lie it was 8:05. It was cold and windy like he'll am I going to stand outside with my children and freeze because we had to wait. Not a great experience at all tonight and I will not return ever!

Expérience fantastique: Whirlpool jet tsunami wave thing is hectic. Best feature that this pool and only this pool has is this crazy wave that goes on every 15 mins for about 5 mins during designated times and is just a lot of fun.

Expérience fantastique: Great place. All the staff are friendly and the pools are fantastic. The only suggestion I have is to have bathing suit dryers in the change room. They have them at the pool I went to in Vancouver when I lived there. They looked like large lettuce spinners and got off about 90% of the water from the suit.
