Expérience fantastique: Great gym, good atmosphere, stopped here while I was in rocky waiting for my truck to be repaired. Was decent day rate price and had nice new equipment, lots of it, and everything was clean. Staff was great too!

Expérience positive: The gym itself is decent for a small town facility. Assortment of equipment, well maintained, affordable and clean. However the staff, with the exception of one young woman, are very unwelcoming... They can be heard talking negatively about their customers and seem inconvenienced when asked for tanning, etc. The owners' reply to the last review is very representative of the business' lack of appreciation for their members.

But this gym has so much high quality weights and machine that I don’t even see in the city. I am super impressed and glad I can still get solid workouts done well away from home

Such a variety of equipment and everything is in great condition and well maintained. Whether you're a powerlifter, a bodybuilder, or just looking to get in shape, this is hands down the best gym in Rocky!
