Expérience fantastique: One of, if not, the last hard-core gym in this area. Gr8 owners, gr8 people in serious shape who will help you, give you advice if you ask. Such a friendly, warm, and supportive, atmosphere with every peice of equipment and more!!! This place has something for everyone, even boxing classes for some serious cardio. This is the gym for anyone. Check it out for yourself. On top of everything is shockingly inexpensive.. I'm paying half of what I paid at my last gym. No joke half !! Must check this gym out. First week is free no promises or money down. There's nothing to loose unlike most gyms where you get a week free only if you sign up for a year. Clearly this is my favorite gym.

Expérience fantastique: One of the OG Bodybuilding Gyms in Canada! Many pro bodybuilding athletes have trained at this gym over the years. This gym is also one of the most published gyms in Canadian history, having many magazine photoshoots shot here. The equipment is old school and well maintained. There is a huge variety of equipment, whether it’s free weights or machines to use. The owner Issac has been in the gym business for many years and always treats members really good. Eric is also an amazing staff member there. You are treated like family here, not like at the big box gyms just looking to get your money. Highly recommend this gym for beginners to pro athletes.

Expérience négative: The owner is rude and have sticky fingers. Despite suspending my membership- money still were taken from my bank account. Had to block payments with my bank to prevent more thief. Now the owner is refusing to give money back claiming that he owes me his shitty membership. Go to work if you short with your payments instead of stealing from people!

Expérience négative: Garbage gym. Machines feel like they’re about to break down and no shower curtains. I signed up for a pay as you go membership and now the owner is asking for $500 to cancel due to a employee error. Avoid this gym, the owner is rude af and a big time scammer. Most of the good reviews on here are based on the fact that the gym is never packed compared to good life or LA fitness, but that’s only because this gym is garbage. Avoid it.

Expérience fantastique: Been a member for about a year now. Has been a great experience. A lot of serious regulars and a great group of people. Highly recommend if you want a no BS place to put on your headphones and tune out the world. The gym is old school and looks that way, however, there is cleaners around working everytime I'm there. Some excellent personal trainers around all the time and Isaac is nothing short of a gentleman. Straight shooter and will help you with whatever you need.

Expérience négative: I wanted to cancel membership but they refused to give cancellation. I came in the gym in morning and owner was not there afterwards I came back again only to hear from owner that I don’t have time for all this. Most disrespectful place I have ever been to in Canada. I actually had some issues which could have been resolved but the guy is so impatient that he even refused to talk. Now I’m 100% sure about cancelling. If the owner would have been polite he would have saved me from canceling but he was so disrespectful that even if you wish to continue ,you will be given a reason to cancel.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing Gym ️‍♂️ open 24 hours Great machines there , tons of dumbbells. I've made alot of friends here , pre-workouts for sale and merchandise. Great monthly price . Boxing lessons in the back . So much more here. Isaac is the man, Talk to him and get setup ! I've beat all my PR 's here .

Expérience fantastique: Great local gym, serving the Rockwood Village community. Large selection of cardio machines, and every kind of strength training you could want. Nothing too fancy, does what it says on the tin - muscles and fitness! Very reasonable annual membership prices compared to major national fitness chains, and the owner is very friendly. Highly recommend it if you don't want to pay for all the extra frills other places charge you for.

Expérience fantastique: Started going to this gym back in March and I love it. It's never too busy where your constantly waiting. Never any broken machines like other chain gyms. Isaac (owner) is super helpful too! He has shown me couple times how to properly use some of the machines. Highly recommend!

Some of the most effective machines are old school and you won't find them in any other gym..this place is a hidden gem! The owner Isaac is super friendly and puts a lot of care into the facility and his members...great vibes all around!

Expérience négative: Old school gym, no shower door or shower blinds. Its aged so don’t expect anything to be new. Also a big red flag NO GUESTS ALLOWED on the $45 membership. The only good thing about this is that its 24 hours nothing else. Look around maybe LA fitness fulfills your needs :)

Expérience fantastique: I have been a bodybuilder all my life, And sadly there are not a lot of hard-core Gyms left. This gym, Although not super close to my house, is my preferred gym due to the amount of excellent equipment and pictures of legends in bodybuilding on the walls (Arnold, Franco, platts, etc...) You don’t have to be a bodybuilder to train here as it has something for everyone, but its a great spot for anyone focused on building muscle.

Owner and staff are always phenomenal, gym is filled with loads of fitness competitors and individuals who are extremely knowledgable and have certainly helped me push my self to new levels of fitness ! ... One of the few gym's that are open 24/7 365. Comes with a Boxing studio, also a RMT who is extremely passionate about his line of work and can certainly fix you up !

Expérience positive: A large no frills fitness centre with lots of equipment so you never have to wait. No fitness classes but they do offer boxing lessons. Staff are friendly and patrons are helpful. A huge plus is that this facility is open 24 hours 7 days a week!

Expérience négative: Went down here to check out the gym today expecting to have a great workout based on the pictures, as well as the reviews. Website had advertised a 7 day free membership; no where did it highlight you had to be a local resident not to mention we only live 17 mins away, but was still refused. We show him the advertisement on his website, but still decided to ignore the obvious fact. Afterwards he goes on a rant about what it advertises on his business cards, and how he has a business to run, also how his gym is empty etc. Kept pushing us to pay $25 for a day pass which is absurd because no gym charges that much, basically left not trying the gym or getting a tour of the gym. If he needs more members this is no way to go about it, he should fix the way he approaches situations.

They have the majority of equipment one could need, they have a rather large collection of free weights, tons of cardio equipment, boxing classes, some great trainers and the owner of the place is a stand up gentleman. You get a great vibe coming into this place. Lots of dedicated body builders who are for the most part friendly and helpful. Are there guys and gals who come in here jacked and tanned AF? For sure. But don't let them scare you. This is a friendly, encouraging environment. Just please re-rack your weights!
