A large studio filled with natural light, a variety of classes that range from mind-body awareness to strength training, knowledgeable instructors and welcoming staff! Entering the space you are hit with a the inviting smells of freshly baked goods and you leave at peace, a little more connected to yourself and the community. What an experience!!!

I always leave the studio feeling so uplifted! It's a great community to be around, whether your strengthening up after an injury or just wanting to enjoy great mindful movement classes. Expérience fantastique: This studio is stunning, the space is always tidy and smells nice, i really enjoy the face clothes infused with essential oils too. They have a variety of classes and class times so anyone could have at least 1 class they enjoy and all the teachers are super lovely. The flourish bakery is open wednesday to saturday here too and i LOVE to treat myself after a good class. I really love this studio and i would deffinatly reccomend trying it out. They have many different pass options or even just drop in!

Expérience fantastique: I took a barre and yoga vinyasa class here while on vacation. I find a lot of studios lack character, but not this one. It’s so warm and friendly, and that barre class was… fun! My instructor was Lauren Atkinson on both days, and she is so warm and welcoming. Loved every moment of it.

Expérience fantastique: I had my first class at Alchemy Studio tonight with Anh. It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I took part in the gentle yoga & sound healing class, and I felt so revitalized when I left. Previous to the class I had spent 10+ hours in my car driving here from Edmonton and I felt like I was too tired to even sleep. Even feeling like this, I still hauled butt to Alchemy and I am so glad that I did! If you live in Revelstoke and area you are so lucky - I highly recommend this studio!

Expérience fantastique: I LOVE alchemy yoga! I’m new to the revy community and have had great experiences here. Upon being greeted by friendly reception, the atmosphere is clean with character. I enjoy the vibe cafe & great retail selection. Great vegan & gluten free options. Going into the class, I resonated with the yoga matts and my instructor Desiree! She’s a quality instructor who is kind, knowledgeable and she made me feel super comfortable going into her class with my knee injury. She checked in with me and I really appreciated that. The floors are heated, divine lighting and appropriate music selection. I will be coming to classes here as long as I am living in revy thank you alchemy for bringing a little extra light into my life! ✨

Expérience fantastique: The Alchemy Studio is Revy’s newest ‘go-to’ for movement, health, and wellness. Their historic building has been revamped and brought to life as a gorgeous health & wellness hub. The studio offers many classes for locals and visitors to chose from to meet different interests and keep it fresh - yoga, pilates, barre, fitness, and creative blends like ‘Pilates Fitness Fusion’ and other fun ones. So far I’ve only done the fitness and some Pilates classes and loved all of them. In addition to classes, there is also massage therapy, physio therapy, and a cafe in the works for delicious, nourishing juices and smoothies. There are also heated floors in the winter, and infused warm or cold towelettes after class - the perfect touch post-workout. The instructors, therapists, and management are all amazing. Go check it out for yourself - you’ll be stoked!

The open, clear communication around scheduling & events is top notch & professional! I often hear comments from folks sharing how open and comfortable this space is for ALL people. Not to mention the stunning space... with gorgeous high ceilings, a smoothie/coffee/tea bar, spacious practice area, beautiful treatment rooms and so much more... this place has it all. The humility, genuine care & positive energy coming from the top (owner/instructor Rebecca Marchildon) trickles down to everyone who is lucky enough to experience the Alchemy. See you there!

Expérience fantastique: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Beautiful space to practise all styles of yoga and exercise classes. The teachers are all really good and it's the perfect way to balance out skiing, hiking, biking or whatever other hectic mountain activity you enjoy :D

Whether you’re looking to stretch, strengthen, centre yourself or learn a new skill, you can find what you’re looking for here! Plus the vibe is amazing, all the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the teachers are very professional. The studio and reception area are gorgeous and all the plants create a nice calming atmosphere for yoga. 10/10 would recommend!

The instructor was prepared with her own yoga flow but took the time to personalize the class to her group which I really feel helps me get the most from my experience. The studio was also super spacious and a comfortable and calming environment to practice in during this pandemic. This is also the first studio I’ve attended without mirrors on the wall and that made such a positive difference in my practice. I’d highly recommend this studio to anyone.

The studio itself is breathtaking - newly renovated, bright, and spacious with stained glass windows, incredible views, and a relaxing atmosphere. The yoga teachers and classes are wonderful, varied, and professional. Talented massage and physiotherapists in-house. The cherry on top is the central kitchen where you can purchase organic smoothie bowls and juices. Blessed to have this studio in our little community. Highly recommend!

The teachers of the classes I went to were very knowledgeable and very accomadating given the fact I'm new to yoga and don't know all the names of poses. Best in town!

She is a wonderful and caring teacher and you can tell she spent time to craft a thoughtful and well-rounded class that weaved in traditional yogic practices, mantra, and Pranayama. I love that there is a wide variety of class types to chose from and the classes are tailored to each teacher’s specialities. I’ve never been to a studio that does that & it’s so special. Expérience fantastique: This is the best, most peaceful and beautiful studio in town. I absolutely loved the yoga session with Steph C. tonight. Everything was perfect to the smallest detail.. her beautiful and calm voice, the music, the light, the lage windows, beautiful hardwood floor, a nice breeze from the ceiling fan and the cold towel smelling like refreshing essential oils. What a great experience in this gem. It's very visible that the owner of this studio is very passionate about making customers feel welcome, loved and cared for. Check it out for yourself! :)

Expérience fantastique: This Studio is AMAZING! The best in Revelstoke. The space has the most amazing natural light along with heated floors and high ceilings. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and the diversity of classes makes it perfect for someone who needs their yogi fix and sweat sessions. They have a gorgeous lounge area with an open cafe style kitchen that serves delicious smoothie bowls, cold pressed juices and coffee. Perfect for your pre or post workout chill. I love spending time at this studio . Highly recommend!

Dropped in for a class today and had an amazing experience, the least I could do was provide a quick well deserved 5-star review. (Should be noted that I’ve only ever written one other review in my life)The building is a cool reclaimed contractors shop with a edgy feel. Looks like they are putting in a new cafe area, should add a cool added value to this charming little spot. Every inch of the building was clean and orderly, the extra mat’s and blocks as well. The class was just what I needed after a week of heavy skiing, kudos to the 12pm instructor. Class ended with a refreshing eucalyptus cold towel, so nice. Thanks for the good time, team.

Her classes are a story from beginning to end, crafted by a gifted woman. I’m continuously surprised by the pose I can achieve at the end of a practice with her. She has taken me from the beginner phase to an intermediate/advanced level and supported me each step of the way. I’d recommend her to anyone. Thanks Allie, you are truly blessed!

I am absolutely in love with the new studio space and in particular the barre class. Lauren is awesome! i love channeling my inner ballerina each week while getting a kick butt workout.
