Expérience fantastique: Lots of equipment and a good atmosphere

Expérience positive: Nice gym but there’s a serious lack of space for stretching and mobility work. Other than that it’s got everything you need and not super busy.

Expérience positive: Great gym was there for a drop in while i was on vacation. It is really wel equipped but its a bit hot inside. Also notice that you should wear flip flops or something to the entrance and then put on your sport shoes when you come inside. you are not allowed to wear the same shoes outside and inside

Expérience négative: 36 degrees outside and it’s barely cooler inside the gym. Time to mix in some AC. Edit: Even hotter this next day and of course, hotter in the gym. The monthly dues are high enough to bring in AC. Place is extremely humid and hot. Gross.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym. Just need to change to fobs so we can have 24 hr access! Reopen the smoothie bar too. I'd buy one every day!

Expérience positive: Great gym to do my PT work while on vacation, drop in rate was $17. Bring a small towel and indoor shoes. Lots of machines crammed in, could have used some more space for mat/floor work

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic gym, very well-priced for four months up front. Excellent range of equipment which I haven't had much trouble getting hold of at busy times. Neil (owner) is great for a chat. A playground for those who love to train

Expensive drop in but that’s on par with prices in revelstoke ( the punch card is a better deal but only if you’re there for an extended visit) Could use a new heavy bag and only one of the elipticycles was fully working with power and programming abilities. Women’s washroom needs some work too. Overall a decent facility and the owner or manager who’s there regularly seems like a good man and conscientious about the business

Expérience fantastique: I have really enjoyed getting to know Neil and his style of fitness training. His description methods have put me more in touch with my body than ever. The gym is complete and seeing friends all the time is great!

State of the art equipment, three floors of well placed machines and free weights, and I have never had to wait around for equipment/stations. This is a fantastic gym in a small town that is way beyond most big city gyms and university gyms. I’d highly recommend transcanada fitness for anyone who needs to workout for strength and conditioning within the ski season or year round. Thanks to the team, I will be a member as long as I am living in revelstoke

Expérience fantastique: This is my favourite gym I have ever been to! Not only is there the best selection of diverse equipment, it's very professional and friendly at the same time.

Expérience fantastique: A great little gym with a big variety of different machines. They have a couple of treadmills and squat racks. The free-weight-section offers dumbbells from 5-120lbs. It’s always very clean and tidy and the staff can give you advice if needed.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Trans-Canada for close to a decade and love to call this facility my home gym. They are consistently updating their equipment and provide a clean and safe environment for all. Since the COVID outbreak they have vamped up their already ultra clean facility, and I can say being a Mom of two small children that I undoubtably feel safe exercising at Trans-Canada Fitness. I have yet to walk into their doors without being greeted with a smile. Thank you Neil, Theresa, and Jaana for everything you have done during the pandemic to ensure the safety of your customers.

Expérience fantastique: I can only say great things about Trans-Canada fitness, especially regarding their efforts to keep a gym running safely throughout Covid. I have had one on one sessions with Neil to develop pre-operative workouts and they have proven to be well targeted, engaging and based on years of knowledge and experience. Beyond that the staff also ensure people know how to use the machines, helping with any usage misconceptions and posture issues that could lead to injury. The staff are also very friendly and constantly circulating with cleaning products to sanitize equipment in addition to the user sanitation requirements. It is clear this business cares about keeping their customers healthy and safe on all fronts. There is also a ton of great equipment to satisfy every fitness goal out there. :) In short, this place is great. If you go please respect their rules and know they're doing everything to keep the facility open and safe for everyone.

Most of all, kind, helpful and respectful owners who care deeply about their patrons having the best experience at the gym. Highly recommended.

Expérience fantastique: Awesome facility, most incredible staff!! They have been working so so hard to keep the gym running safely through this whole pandemic. Neil has also helped my greatly with getting moving again after a big injury, he was able to safely expand on what my physio has given me to work on and it has made a huge difference. Expérience positive: I was there a year ago but it was pretty rad gym, any gyms with chains are a win and for a bonus they have a safety squat bar as well as a log press. Only thing I was missing was a slightly more modern leg extension

Expérience fantastique: This place is a second home. Lots of great equipment, always clean, good hours. If you cant get a great workout in at this place- you dont belong in a gym at all.

Expérience fantastique: Best gym I have been to in ages. Loads of squat racks, safety bar, chains, heavy d-balls, air dyne, ski erg, rower, KBs, rope climb and plenty of strongman equipment to keep every man and his dog happy.
