Expérience fantastique: Great staff! Plenty of variety for strength training. Has an old-school weightlifting feel but it’s welcoming to everyone. I typically go during my lunch break (around 1-2pm) and it’s rarely busy.

Expérience fantastique: We did a few day passes here while staying up at a family cottage. Nice staff and a good variety of equipment (squat rack, leg press, leg extension, hamstring curl, cables, dumbbells, chest press, etc.). My boyfriend and I were both able to do our full usual workouts which was awesome!

Expérience positive: Authentic old school warehouse gym. Some of the machines need some TLC but it gets the job done. Where this gym really shines is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and at home.

Expérience positive: Been living in the Valley for 3 years now and was introduced to Ultimate Fitness this weekend through a good friend. The facility was great and exactly what Ive been looking for. Now if you are looking for a Planet Fitness style, pizza of fridays, flashy sorta instagram selfie zone facility, well, this isnt your jam. This is a Temple of Iron. It has what you need and actually come in and Train your body into something greater. Sarah was super cool and the selection of actual good high end supplements and a hard training environment were super appreciated. It reminds me of the hard line training gyms back home in Edmonton AB. I shall be back.
