Expérience positive: First time trying boxing ever and the staff were really friendly and helpful. First visit is free which is a great way to try something new. Hand wraps are $10 and drop in is $15 I believe. My calves were killing me for days after!

Expérience fantastique: I attended a lesson through work and had an amazing time. The instructors were diligent and made the experience Informative and fun. My first lesson was free, and I will be returning because the atosmophere was awesome to be around.
