Expérience fantastique: I joined Opex about 3 months ago. I love the non-judgmental environment of this facility! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. There are only 11 people working out at a time and a trained staff member provides guidance while you work out. They can correct your form if you're doing something incorrectly which helps to prevent injuries. I would highly recommend Opex to anyone who wanted to improve their level of fitness in a non-judgmental environment. It doesn't matter what your current level of fitness is the staff at Opex can help you meet your fitness goals!

Very friendly staff and coaches who develop a program focused on your level of fitness. There is a coach/trainer on the floor at all times and they have professional backgrounds and training. I recommend a visit,it’s the best gym I have ever attended.
