Expérience positive: It's a very nice space provided for general and personal events. I gave it only 4 stars because the allocation of gyms is kind of very congested and many a times it's already booked.

Expérience positive: Not a bad little gym. They are opening for a few days during the holidays as opposed to closing for all 11 days, which is a game changer for quality. It made me increase my rating by a full star. It's very affordable, so you can sort of put up with some of the little things that might normally make you change gyms. It is awkward sometimes because there isn't enough space by the dumb bells so people are crowded, and the other side is dominated by athletes. Not always a joy to use but overall is acceptable for the price and the convenience is hard to beat.

Expérience fantastique: This fitness center is really very huge and they offer a wide variety of services including many sports and gym. All the staff members are supportive and it's really very facilitated.

Expérience positive: If you do not want to go out in winters for gym and want to make a small setup or even a full scale gym, this is the place to visit. Obviously if you buy in bulk you would get available discounts as well. Price is also reasonable here.

Expérience positive: The facility itself is great unfortunately you still have to pay for parking it would be nice as a person with a disability that you could receive a discount in parking rates especially now with such a vacant parking lot but generally overall the facility is great the only downside I've had so far is paying for parking because I'm unable to walk into the University

Expérience positive: Great place to work out. Lots of equipment. Staff sanitize at night which is great to see. Hours are a lot shorter these days (fall 2021) and unsure when they will change. Friendly staff!

Expérience négative: Way too small for too many gym goers. Equipments are outdated and require a major upgrade. Nice running track and view of the indoor stadium from the treadmills.
