Can-Pro Athletic Training Centres Inc

Expérience positive: Can pro seems to monopolize the training for all of the hockey in and around Red Deer. We've utilized the training at CanPro for several years over the course of my three children being in hockey. I don't find it is the best training available, personal preference.I find there are a lot of young people who are the trainers, who aren't as knowledgeable as they should be when they're training our athletes. I also find the location of the training centre to be less than convenient. They also offer skate sharpeningwhich in my opinion should be at a different location in an effort to reduce the amount of people coming and going given the size of the facility. Also, the cost of this training centre is outlandishbut people continue to go to it because it's owned by someone who is involved with red deer Minor hockey.

Expérience fantastique: This whole gym is athletics based, and a majority of it is based around hockey training. They have a lot of specialty equipment, including an “ice” treadmill and a small shooting centre. Most of the equipment here is designed to increase speed, agility, and power, which are all fundamental in hockey. Also great for the average gym goer!

Expérience fantastique: This place is great, I suggest the one on one hockey training if you're interested in improving your skills. Staff have been great and their knowledge is remarkable
