Expérience fantastique: The COOLEST spot in town. Took my employees here for a team building adventure! We did a full day of aerials, activities, and BEER! This space is so unique - the instruction we received was phenomenal, communication was seamless, and we had an incredible experience!!

So many diverse activities to choose from, variety of classes and very inclusive environment. This is a great place to come to try new things! Anything from Aerial silks, acrobatics, dance, yoga, meditation, or check out their open gym! So great for kids and adults. Can't recommend it enough! <3

I signed up for partner acro and was nervous trying a new class for the first time, but the second you walk in those doors, you know you belong there. Excellent instruction and great people.

Expérience fantastique: Went to see the Studio 54 show and was ABSOLUTELY blown away! The whole team was so incredibly talented and put on such an amazing show. It was a night I will always remember!

Expérience fantastique: I took the aerial yoga class, Meagan was awesome! I had so much fun and learnt a lot (about how I need to get a lot more practice to look as good Meagan does when she shows us haha). I’d definitely recommend trying it for a new and fun activity

Expérience fantastique: Had the chance to go to the "Miracle on 50th" show. What an amazing night! The aerialists put on an incredible performance. It was so cool to see a variety of acts from Acro-yoga, Silks, and Lyra performers. (My favourite was watching Shelby on the hoop!) Will definitely go to another show when I'm in Red Deer!

Expérience fantastique: I love it! So many different people at different levels to novice to pro, and everyone is super encouraging and cheering you on! Megan the trainer is talented and safety conscious. I started out August 2022 and I am still going strong. There are classes for Children, teens, and adults as well as Open Gyms where you can use weights or practice what you learnt in class!

Janessa and her team assisted us in planning and executing a thoughtful, fun and well organized event that shared what we did as an organization while also creating a fun event experience for everyone in attendance. In addition, they provided the entertainment for our event with aerial performances that provided the WOW factor! We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for event planning assistance or event entertainment. Thank you!!

Expérience fantastique: I have been doing the Flexibility and Mobility class for a month on Wednesdays. I curse myself for showing up every week because stretching is hard, but I always feel great after. Megan is an excellent coach! We also tried 4 weeks of Ariel Silks....talk about a challenge. Fun and also challenging!!

As an athlete, I have been challenged physically and mentally by the classes offered here (hand balancing!!), which I thoroughly enjoy! As a chiropractor, I know that my patients' outcomes improve as they take on a more active role in their day-to-day, and it is so reassuring to know that I can trust Janessa and her team to take care of them, regardless of what their "fitness level" might be. Whatever you are looking for from a standard gym, you will find it here and so much more!

Expérience fantastique: I am not one who really liked the idea of working out around other people or taking classes, but when I finally caved and put in the time though a friend’s recommendation - I was blown out of the water. The atmosphere is empowering, the coaches and classmates are so so encouraging. It doesn’t matter your shape, size, skill level, you are given every chance to be your best without judgement, even on your worst day. I am so excited to be going into my second month with The Forum. I feel stronger physically and mentally. Also - my little guy has done so well in the Kid’s Zone making friends and socializing. It’s been amazing for this momma! Can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve learned to do things I never thought I could, and have been supported by everyone there from the owner, staff and members. Janessa has created such a beautiful community of weirdos, haha, and I can’t express enough how amazing it is to be able to show up as exactly who I am. If you are looking to get active, try something new, meet awesome people, or just open a door to a whole new way of doing fitness, you really should check it out! Unless you are super normal, hate drinking beer/wine/whatever, and don’t enjoy laughing and looking forward to your workouts... It’s been a game changer for my husband and I, not just in our workouts, but most significantly in our quality time together and a whole new group of amazing friends we can’t imagine doing life without! ♥️♥️♥️

Gym, circus camp, strength training, injury recovery, emotional support, day drinking - whatever you’re in need of, you will find it here with your Forum Family! Kiddo friendly (as you can see by my babe enjoying her time there!), special workshops and so, so many laughs. Like, belly hurting till you pee laughs. Love the friendships and support that The Forum has brought me, and look forward to every class. Walk through their doors and you will never look back....

Expérience fantastique: Are you looking to try something new? Are you looking to get out of your comfort zone? You should try The Forum :)! It's not your typical gym. This training centre is absolutely amazing. Whether you are simply trying to be healthier and get your physical goals achieved or wanting to learn new skills, this place has it all. The coaches are incredibly positive, carrying, and very motivated. The Forum offers classes I have never seen anywhere else. I would have never thought one could learn how to use a circus hoop ( the Lyra class) at a gym. There are so many classes here that are outstanding! One of my favorites is Acro Yoga. Do you remember as a child flying on your parents feet pretending to be an airplane? Well that's Acro Yoga only somehow much more wonderful as an adult. This place gives you a sense of nostalgia mixed with the feeling of being apart of something bigger than yourself. It's feels like a home away from home. This place for me is about growth and being surrounded by a group of people that feel like family. So, if your looking for a new place to train, try something new, or simply to reach that next goal, then you should most definitely stop by and check out The Forum (232 Spruce St #105, Red Deer) I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to one and all. Expérience fantastique: I joined for the opportunity to try aerial silks and got hooked, but not because of the apparatus, rather because I felt like I was welcomed in to a family. I am encouraged, supported and accepted. As a bonus I love the classes and have never felt stronger. So many choices to keep my interest and challenge me to grow.

Not to mention a community feeling that I've never experienced at a gym before. Expérience fantastique: Love Love Love The Forum! Great facility, awesome people! This is an awesome training facility that's licenced!! I love the local Craft Beer on tap! It's awesome after a workout to hang out with like-minded people, and enjoy a bevi! Being fairly new to Red Deer, I personally love going to The Forum for group classes and signing up for events and workshops where I can hang out with like-minded people, meet new friends, all while staying healthy and working on my fitness goals!

Because the classes are varied and unique, I've been slaying some personal goals I'd set for myself. And I'm having fun doing it. Coaches and staff make you feel at home, and did I mention they offer childcare?! I really enjoy The Forum.
