Expérience fantastique: Red Sea is a great place to go if you want to do something different with your fitness. Mike and his staff know what they are doing and are there to help you along to achieve your goals. It isn't easy getting in shape but they can help you attain that. Also these guys are great with kids and doing kids programs. If you want your kids to stay fit, get them into kids cross fit!
