Expérience fantastique: WOW! Having moved to NB from Ontario finding a studio was at the top of my list and at AMANA I found my home! This studio is classic! Great vibe, the instructors are comprehensive communicators that can walk first timers through every pose, in ENGLISH! There is a nice variety of class styles both heated and non heated. The studio is immaculate and both rooms so spacious! This studio is the best money value I've found either here or in Ontario. I love it and you will too!

Expérience positive: First time there, and first time in hot yoga. I wasn't sure how hard to push myself but once you get past the smell (it's a hot room full of sweaty people) it was a very enjoyable class. I look forward to adding more of this to my routine.
