Expérience positive: What a great little gym with staff second to none.The only thing I miss from the larger gyms I've been to in past us the room in change rooms gets a little crowded but certainly manageable.I find this gym to be much more personable.

Expérience fantastique: Completely renovated. Located in the center of Hampton. Bottom floor is a free weight center. Middle floor has all kinds of machines for cardio and weights. Top floor has a multipurpose room, aesthetics, and more. It's a great facility with helpful and friendly staff. Also - despite the hours online, it is a 24hr facility, however this is only for members and staff runs on regular hours.
