The studio is beautiful, clean and always well organized and they offer a wide variety of class options which has attracted a wonderful community. We're lucky to have a studio (and bonus shopping) like this in our area and I highly recommend checking them out!

They yoga and fitness options are very widespread and wonderful. There really is something for everyone. After class I also really enjoy browsing their sustainable lines at the Respect Your Mother boutique. Awesome combination. I’ve also been going to Cheryl for years, her hot stone massage and reiki are amazing. Like I said, there really is something for everyone here. The most supportive inspiring environment I’ve been so lucky to be a part of! I look forward to meeting many new friends and establishing wonderful relationships in this space, for many, many years moving forward!

I also love the option to take private classes for one on one lessons that can be tailored to individual needs!

Expérience fantastique: Amazing place to go let off some steam and burn some calories and to just let go and meet some other moms. It is the absolute best and most supportive environment for healthy living. The instructor is incredibly kind and really makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome, even when you’re brand new. I also have had a spray tan done here and it’s the best I’ve ever had! Not to mention the clothing line. I basically live in Ikko apparel!
