Expérience fantastique: I think I have to start with Becky Deremo, the owner. Becky has been a personal coach for years, and it shows in her knowledge of fitness, nutrition and physiology. She hasn't been stumped by one of my questions in four months, and I have been working out, on and off, for 20 years. Her explanations are very clear and easy to understand. The gym itself isn't large, but has a full range of free weights and all of the important machines, including a cable machine, a Smith machine with squat rack, a leg press/squat machine, a leg extension/hamstring curl machine and also a treadmill and bike for cardio. It's never busy, and has everything I need, as well as being clean and a friendly place. I am very happy to give it five stars.

Expérience fantastique: This place is great. Excellent equipment, atmosphere, and location. Its a a very personal, friendly, and non intimidating fitness environment and very very welcome to the newcomer. Becky is a super nice person and is a very knowledgable and motivating trainer and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to make a positive change in their lives and may be a bit shy about going to a "big box" gym. I would choose this gym/trainer over any other in the area for sure, I guarantee you will have a fun time here and get great results in the process!

Expérience fantastique: I originally wanted to better my posture and lose some weight in the process. I just started working with Becky Deremo last week! Within in two sessions with Becky my posture has greatly improved ! Some of the things Becky has asked me to do streching wise, i thought she was mad but i gave it a chance and it worked! She had a good idea on what my issues are and is dedicated to resovle the issue at its core. I also had two knee scopes done on my right knee and with one groining stretch its been pain free. After meeting and working with Becky I'm a firm believer of no pain no gain I'm very pleased to have her as my coach!
