Expérience fantastique: I love this studio! I always make sure to come to a few classes when I’m in town for work. Really creative flows, & love the added touch of the cold cloth at the end of a hot class. The padded floor is also so great for anyone prone to knee pain - no need to double up mats.

Expérience fantastique: Gabrielle’s 26+2 is a riot!! Fun, fun, fun!! An excellent work-out. We are seniors, 65 and 71 in a room full of gorgeous young bodies. Yet we feel comfortable going at our own modified paces. Let us get more seniors out!! We are always called by our names, and made to feel welcome in a large class. Tea is always superb. Sweat towels much appreciated.

Expérience fantastique: Peak Yoga was exactly what I needed after 2 weeks in the field. I did the Move and Melt class with Charlene. It was active and restorative at the same time. The team was very nice and cool. The place has a really comfortable vibe. They even made my tea and let me just relax after the class. ALSO: They offer a 25% military discount on Lulu products. Lulu stores only offer 15%. And they carry the newest and best stuff. I took advantage and stocked up and grabbed gifts for friends. Overall, awesome studio - looking forward to practicing here again soon.

Expérience fantastique: Very welcoming and cozy space & staff. If you're lucky you'll be greeted by the sweetest little dog. I'm not well versed in yoga but Heidi made it easy to follow along and I felt relaxed following the class. Bonus, they also carry Lululemon so I'll be doing some shopping

The studio has a fantastic layout and the design rivals the best studios I've ever seen across Canada. The instructors seem deeply invested in the quality of the practice and from my perspective find a great balance between one-on-one feedback and the flow of the class. Keep up the great work!

Expérience fantastique: Peak hot yoga has created an inviting space to practice yoga while simultaneously adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines. The infrared heating inside the studio creates an intense yet relaxing environment to practice. I have enjoyed my classes up to this point and would highly recommend them to friends/family.

Expérience fantastique: As a total yoga newbie I wasn't sure what to expect, however from the minute I walked into Peak Hot Yoga all of those worries washed away. First of all, the studio is absolutely beautiful (and squeaky clean) and Heidi & Brianna are both extremely warm and welcoming. The class was structured in a way that catered to beginners, the advanced and every level in between. As someone who has a busy schedule, I enjoyed slowing things down for an hour - safe to say I was instantly hooked and have since recommended the studio to several friends. If you're on the fence, just take the plunge and check it out!

Beautiful space, amazing staff, fantastic yoga, and the only place in town who sells Lulu (military and healthcare workers get the in-store 25% Lulu gear discount too!!!). Expérience fantastique: The team at Peak has done an amazing job transforming their space from nothing (literally) into a studio which fits among any of their luxury counterparts in Vancouver or Toronto. Peak is a true example of the hidden beauty of the Ottawa Valley. I highly encourage you to join them in a practice and take in the experience that the team has created. The practice room, the heart of the studio, is adorned with a unique wood accent wall and soft flooring, which feels great on your body but challenging to your balance. You, the soul of the studio, aided by the tranquility presented by the studio and through the help of passionate instructors and a range of yoga practices, can focus on the moment and escape any of the outside distractions of your life, a lost art in today's world.
