On the very first visit I was rediagnosed, and within ten days the pain had reduced by 25%. I am about to go for my final treatment and the pain has diminished by about 85%. Super kind staff. Cheerful all the time. Professional. All good things when helping people dealing with severe pain. 10 out 10 in my opinion.

Expérience fantastique: I suffered a back injury at work, my L4 L5 disk bulged pressing on my sciatic nerve causing absolute unbearable pain and loss of the use of my right leg.I was not able to walk for weeks, after only a few treatments with Cooper using his recommended exercises and his therapy I was able to be back on my feet and a productive part of my family again! He has been amazing to deal with and is very kind and professional.I feel like Cooper actually cares about his patients and sees through every appointment without rushing you off, making the most of our scheduled time. I feel like my concerns are heard and worked on, and he is very thorough when answering questions and tailors my therapy sessions that suits my needs for the stages I am at. Expérience fantastique: I have recently been seeing Matt Rice as a physiotherapist for persistent chronic problems that no practitioner, before Matt, has been able to address and help correct. At our first visit, Matt listened to me and did not correct or talk over top of me when I explained my issues. He was respectful of the fact that I knew my own body and was also respectful of my medical team and their diagnosis. I have been working with Matt for 2 months now and have followed his plan to the letter. I am seeing amazing results and am pain free now more often than not. After only a month working with Matt, I was able to travel a long flight overseas with absolutely no discomfort during the flight or during the long days of walking and exploring. After a few visits + some homework, Matt had me back to 100%. Impressed with my improvement, my Mom went for a shoulder that had been bothering her for a couple of years. Her PCP dismissed it as age related. My Mom is also now 100% pain free. My Dad has chronic back pain. It was unmanageable and had crept into his neck and shoulders over time. Dad is not pain free, but is markedly improved, thanks to Matt and his wonderful care. Matt is super friendly, knowledgeable and an asset to the profession.

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic experiences here! My daughter had surgery on her foot and had physio during her recovery. All the staff was amazing and supportive. They understood if we had trouble doing exercises, or in my daughters case, became unmotivated. They always helped hype her up and suggested sports or activities that would help with her recovery. Because of our experience, I booked my own appointment for back issues. Of course, my childcare canceled the morning of my appointment (haha!) but the staff were so accommodating. My daughters were welcomed in and one of the staff chatted with them while the physiotherapist assessed my back issues and went through stretches. To sum up: great staff and great experience! Daughters foot is 100% and already feel an improvement with my back!

Expérience fantastique: I’m a retired health professional, we perceive things through our profession: diagnoses, bedside manner, confidence, providing informed consent, explaining the assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan. Matt is an excellent diagnostician (rapid yet thorough), and he has all the above listed qualities in spades and then some. He is a rare breed and should be commended for his superior work. Bottom line, do his treatments work? YES
