Expérience fantastique: A welcoming gym with an amazing coaches. Jiu jitsu and Muay Thai are both great ways to learn self defence. My daughter was afraid to spar with the other kids, but Coach Clint was supportive and helped her build confidence.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been training here in Muay Thai for just over a year with Coach Dustin Little and Coach Lizzette Miller. Both are so knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft. They bring their love of muay thai to the gym daily. Lizzette trains the 9am Women’s classes and she is such an inspiration to all the women. The classes are such a great workout and you truly develop the skills that are being taught because the coaches care. We have so much fun- with such great women supporting each other. Dustin has over 15 yrs of experience in muay thai that he brings to the table and is a provincial champion. There is no other place better to train at than here. If you are wanting to try a new sport out - I highly recommend joining Pacific Top Team. You won’t regret it.

Expérience fantastique: Awesome gym and great environment to train, me and my little brother started here a few weeks ago and will be making this a regular routine, currently in the Muay Thai program, The coach is great and knows his stuff, looking forward to learning and evolving here at top team.

Expérience fantastique: Ptt is my home gym where I train bjj and it is my favourite place to be! We have some of the best coaches who inspire their athletes and guide them along the path to success. On top of that we also have really good women's only program that has grown like crazy over the past year, giving us women so many more amazing training partners and a safe place to do so!

Expérience fantastique: As a female athlete in the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I am extremely selective on where I train. Pacific Top Team has one of the best environments to train in. The coaches are world class and the training partners are incredible. The selections of when I can train and who I can train with is amazing! As a petite female, being able to train with male partners who keep me safe or have a lineup of female partners to train with is pretty incredible! And this is exactly what you get at the PTT gyms . All of these reasons is why my entire family train there (son and daughter!)

Expérience négative: Avoid Pacific Top Team: Inadequate Response to Serious Harassment Issues I regret to share my deeply disappointing experience with Pacific Top Team. Despite raising serious issues of harassment and bullying, the owner, Jorden Reichenbach, has shown a complete lack of accountability and responsibility. When I reported instances of physical harassment and inappropriate behaviour, the gym's response was shockingly inadequate. Instead of taking proper action, the suggested "solution" was simply to avoid the individual involved. This approach does nothing to address the root of the problem and fails to ensure a safe environment for members. Even after repeated attempts to seek a clear action plan and policy via email, I was met with resistance and silence. It's been nearly 2 months since my initial report, and no concrete steps have been taken to develop a comprehensive harassment and bullying policy. Jorden's lack of communication and accountability is deeply troubling and unacceptable. Adding to this, Kerry McLaughlin, who runs Okanagan Girls BJJ, left a review dismissing these serious issues. It is concerning that, while I contacted Okanagan Girls BJJ directly for support, she has offered minimal help and remained silent. Instead she chose to boost the reputation of a gym that has clearly failed to take the necessary steps to address serious issues and create a safe and inclusive environment. As a leader, she should support victims and promote accountability. Her review misrepresents the gym's safety, ignores specific incidents, and undermines efforts to create a safe environment. If you value your safety and well-being, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a gym that takes member concerns seriously and prioritizes a safe and inclusive environment. Jorden has demonstrated a concerning disregard for the welfare of its members, and I hope my experience serves as a caution to others considering this gym.

Coaches Clint, Karm, Ashly, and Katri prioritize safety, respect, and technique. What stands out is their active involvement in the BJJ community, often competing in tournaments themselves. The new West Kelowna facility is spacious, clean, and welcoming. As a parent, it's rewarding to see the growth and discipline instilled in my children here. If you're thinking about jiu jitsu, for young or old, PTT West Kelowna is top-notch.

Expérience fantastique: Both of my kids and husband have been going to Pacific Top Team West Kelowna for just over a year now! All the coaches at this gym are amazing! They really take the time to teach the kids and motivate them. Jiu Jitsu is such a great skill to have, on top of being able to defend yourself in tough situations, it has really helped both of my kids come out of their shells and be more confident in their day to day. On top of all that, the new gym on the West Side that just opened is spectacular! I highly recommend Pacific Top Team West Kelowna for anyone of any age.

My kids have been training here for a year and have improved their skill set immensely due to the well planned structure of the classes, mini tournaments and open mats. Great support system from the coaches during the tournaments. Highly recommend this school to build confidence, endurance, fitness and competitive spirit.

My daughter is 3, just turned 3, and she's a bit wild, he's so wonderful at trying to slow her down and getting her to sit still and listen. You can see improvement in the 3 weeks she has been there already. He is great! Great environment and great new facility!!!

My 5 year old has been training too, and he is so excited for class every week. Coach Clint is amazing with the kids, they learn so much and have a great time. Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly, I would highly recommend this club and sport to anyone looking for a challenge, a workout or some community.

Expérience fantastique: I walked in for a BJJ Fundamentals class on 22 September 2021. I was passing through and didn’t have my GI on me. The owner was very accommodating and lent me a GI for free. The instructors and members were extremely welcoming and made me feel like I was a part of the team. Very knowledgeable and humble practitioners. The facility is clean and the showers/change rooms feel luxurious. If I lived in West Kelowna, this is the place I’d spend most of my free time. Next time I pass through, I’ll stop in and train with these guys!

Expérience fantastique: My 3 kids and I have been training with these AMAZINGLY talented, patient and professional Coaches for 3 years. Such a positive, safe and fun atmosphere, AND the most phenomenal workout! I love and appreciate how the higher-ranked students are encouraged to be leaders and help newer members. Safety is paramount and students are paired up with partners of similar size. Self-defense, respect and exercise are life skills that everyone can benefit from. We have met the kindest and most genuine people here and they have become a second family. Try a free intro class and see for yourself! Blow off some steam, build some confidence and find your abs again! So grateful for our PTT West Kelowna Crew!
