Expérience fantastique: I have been enjoying this pool for over a couple decades now! (Oof makes me sound old) I went as a young girl & now enjoying it with my own children makes it so nostalgic! I love how they make it affordable for families. It is always so clean, well run and such a relaxing place to go for and swim. The staff is always great & we always have a great visit each time! The upgrades of the park outside makes it that much more enjoyable! Good job keep up the work JB staff! Your hard work is not going unnoticed

Expérience fantastique: Olivia at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and professional! Had all the answers to the questions I had, and I had a lot. Coming from someone who trains customer service, she's a great example of how people should be on the phones and in person!

Expérience positive: The family and I always have a lot of fun when we come here. The family price is very affordable. Not a big pool, but it is nice and has a nice hot tub and sauna.

Expérience négative: Please update the status of the pool so families that are distraught and trying to find ANY resemblance of structure don't view your Google page and see you are OPEN, when you are ACTUALLY closed. With the current events with the fire, we drove there because it said you were open. If you can script an alert, and make a statement on your web page, you can update your Google info. Thank you *edit* I am lowering my rating to 2 stars because of the hours. Open until 9pm on weekdays but closed at 4pm on weekends. Is this place even made for kids? Or the retirement homes? *edit* 2024. Sunday pool hours: 12pm-4pm. This is a joke. Our tax dollars are going where?

Expérience fantastique: Johnson Bentley pool is not a big facility but they are super friendly and the pool is kept a couple of degrees warmer than other pools. That may be good for some while others like a cooler pool. I also like that they limit lane swimmer numbers. Nothing more frustrating than an over crowed lane swim. You need to call and reserve a spot in one of the lanes.

Expérience fantastique: Kids had a blast swimming. There are 2 slides, one in the shallow area and one in the deeper end. The hot tub was great and so was the view of the lake

Expérience fantastique: we’ve taken several programs here over the years and for the most part, been pretty happy. we had taken one class a few years back and the instructor completely no-showed the first class. so, after about 20 minutes of waiting, we all went home. 2 days later, the admin from JBMAC called me at home to apologize and offered not only a refund on that first class, but also a free pass to the facility for each of us, which included the use of the gym & pool. which just felt like next level customer appreciation to us!! we continued with the next four weeks of class and i would recommend this facility to anyone.

We returned to our locker to find it open and some articles of clothing missing of my daughters. I had to use my sweater as a towel and then use it for her pants and carry her to the car. Westbank, the Rutland of West Kelowna! Gotta love skids!!

Expérience négative: This review is for the weight room only it’s absolutely horrible! The best way to describe it is how sardines can you put in the tin. Just too small, so small you have to do stretches in the hallway and there’s only room for one person at a time. Equipment is just ok also lack of air movement makes it very stuffy, also very noisy and music to loud.
