Expérience fantastique: Since joining First Response Fitness, I've lost 40lb and kept it off doing rigorous workouts that are challenging and fun! And because of my desire to be better at Crossfit I've changed my diet to Ketogenic. This method of physical Fitness produces results!

Expérience fantastique: My experience at CrossFit Exhilarate has been wonderful! The coaches and members are very friendly and encouraging, which creates a positive and fun environment. The coaches are very knowledgeable and approachable. I like that the gym is community-oriented and holds events to raise funds for various charities. I was apprehensive about starting CrossFit because of my fitness level, but I can say that this gym greatly exceeded my expectations! Would highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic CrossFit gym! It is the best gym in Orillia, 10/10 I recommend it! I went to every gym in Orillia before choosing CrossFit Exhilarate and am glad I did! The staff are all welcoming, supportive and are great coaches. The community there is wonderful - good vibes, supportive and helpful. Regardless of your fitness level I recommend checking it out!

Expérience fantastique: Just finished my trial with Crossfit Exhilarate a short while ago and even though I will not be able to join due to my work schedule I wanted to take the time to review my experience. From my first orientation/meeting with Cody and during my class experience, I was warmly greeted, welcomed and always encouraged. The coaches always gave the impression that they we're dedicated and willing to assist. The facility is well equipped and workouts are challenging yet rewarding. If you haven't had a chance to try out Crossfit Exhilarate I would recommend doing so.

Expérience fantastique: If you want an inclusive, fun, professional environment to train, you have found your place. At CFE, everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level. If you are new to Crossfit, that’s perfectly okay- the small classes allow coaches to train all athletes and personal training is available too. Come join us and get sweaty!
