Expérience fantastique: Fantastic gem in a great community. Very well managed, always clean, respectful environment. Gym, yoga studio, pool and squash court - what else do you need?

Expérience fantastique: I honestly couldn’t recommend this wonderful place more. I’m a few years over 50, and have suffered from a couple of herniated discs from a bicycle accident over 30 years ago. I’ve tried almost everything to find relief, but over the past three months I’ve been using the pool here around five days a week. I have to admit that I was never much of a swimmer previously, but simply love coming in for 30 mins of lengths as the mobility it has given me has been, quite frankly, astonishing. It’s never too busy, and that’s great for me as I’m not keen on crowds, and the appointment system is incredibly easy to use (I bookmarked the appointment page and put a link on my iPhone homepage). The facilities are always clean and smell fresh whilst the staff are all sincerely friendly and helpful, despite my often quirky nature! All of the other members have been really quite lovely too, although it’s pretty easy to keep yourself to yourself if you so wish. Sometimes there’s some low volume 70s/80s soft and very mellow, inspirational AOR (adult oriented rock) playlist playing, and that’s not so bad as I do like a bit of Fleetwood Mac and ELO now and again. Once, only once, they had a simply awful contemporary pop playlist, but I mentioned my displeasure, and I’ve never heard it again. That’s real customer care for you; I’m rather particular when it comes to music. Occasionally there’s no music at all, and, honestly, that’s the best for me. A simply splendid, well-managed facility with a lot of warmth and heart.

Expérience fantastique: I recently joined Lemonade Collective as a new member for injury rehabilitation in their heated pool, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the other amenities! The gym is phenomenal, the sauna is fantastic, and the staff are truly exceptional. I'm really enjoying my time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to recover and stay fit!

Expérience fantastique: My son had swimming lessons with Alise. She was wonderful: very patient, calm and persistent. She also had a clear progression of skills she was teaching, all based on safety in the water. I would recommend Alise one hundred percent. Melissa, who coordinated the schedule, was lovely too and super accommodating.

We were a bachelorette group and requesting to book a private class was super easy and the response time was super quick via e-mail. Everyone was very kind, accommodating and welcoming. Without me asking they had a little sign ready for us when we got there. Overall, great experience and very cute place.

Expérience fantastique: I recently had major surgery and swim therapy was suggested, I joined Lemonade a year ago and have improved my circulation by 50% already YIPPIE I also want to mention that Lemonade Collective "rocks" as the ownership and staff are outstanding and the facilities are 1st class, clean comfortable and down right "appealing", and no "sour" remarks. Expérience fantastique: We have used the LC gym, sauna, squash and pool facilities for a few months and have found it to be a professionally run, clean and fun boutique gym experience! We also hosted a birthday party for a 2 year old and found it to be the perfect setting for an intimate and unique party. The kids had a blast!

Expérience fantastique: I joined Lemonade because I have arthritis in my knees and hips and I was in constant pain. The great aquafit classes and enjoyable saunas have really made a big difference. I'm now pain free and I've discovered that I have more flexibility, energy and better balance. It didn't happen overnight. It took months of dedication. Now I'm a new women at 78 .

Expérience fantastique: This is the kind of place Thornbury really needed! Extremely clean gym with all the equipment you could ask for, a studio for body weight / KB workouts and the sauna is a great add. I haven't tried the pool but seems to be a hit with other members. Very clean, staff is super nice, accommodating and really enjoy the experience.

The owners have done a great job of restoring the facility, our instructor Emma was wonderful with our son, and the customer service was wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was always super responsive and friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. We will definitely be signing him up again in the fall.

Expérience fantastique: The LC is a wonderful boutique environment. They do a great job of ensuring all COVID precautions are put in place to keep members and staff safe - including but not limited to a mandatory thermometer to check for fevers before entry, personal sanitary bottles, and low capacity to limit the number of people sharing a space at the same time. The staff are friendly and always respond to emails within minutes. They are very accommodating when issues arise and eager to find a resolution for you. The physical space itself is somewhat small but perfect for people (women, introverts, people recovering from ED or other body imagine issues) who don't feel comfortable exercising with people watching. The small studio size also works well to make it feel like a private members club, since you never have to fight or wait for equipment. Admittedly, the LC is expensive, especially for a small town. I do wish they had more extended hours (late night and weekends) but overall they've done a good job at making arrangements for self check in after hours to make it more accessible. Speaking of accessibility, other than the upstairs fitness space, everything is on the main floor and easily accessible to those with mobility issues. Although, the hallways are narrow and winding so not great for those in wheelchairs or with other mobility aids. Overall I would highly recommend LC to those of all ages and stages of fitness.

I have enjoyed the salt water pool so much because it is lovely and warm and often followed by a visit to the sauna. Staff and patrons Are always friendly and helpful. Expérience fantastique: I joined the Lemonade Collective for several months in 2020 and in 2021 while cottaging on Georgian Bay. In 2021 I added a pool membership to my gym membership. Their equipment and pool is in tip top shape.The staff is friendly, professional and responsive, as they navigated the members through the ever changing covid protocols. I highly recommend the Lemonade Collective!

The space is beautiful and lovingly cared for by the owners and staff. There are many personal personal touches (like the Guest Happiness Concierge, instead of Receptionist-that says it all). This place saved my life during the pandemic. Feedback is welcomed and appreciated. And listened to! Leaving the area and this is one of the things that I will most miss!

Expérience négative: We were in town for the holidays. As there’s not many fitness centres in Thornbury we were excited to find this place online. When we went there, we were told that they don’t do drop ins, the woman working told us our only option was to buy a membership. My husband looked at me and asked “well what should we do?” in front of the woman and I said “I guess we should leave then.” And she said “ok bye” and walked away. No where on their website does it say that they do not allow drop ins and if we are allowed to buy a membership on the spot then why wouldn’t we be allowed to try the facility first?? There was no offer to show us around the facility or tell us anything about it. She just stood there looking at us in awkward silence. Their website comes across very enthusiastic and welcoming, it clearly states that they are welcoming to all guests of all ages, genders, etc... we are both entrepreneurs who look forward to finding new places to workout, connect with ppl and work from while we travel. From the website this place seemed to meet all of the things we typically look for. Unfortunately, the woman who greeted us made us feel like we shouldn’t have been there at all, we did not feel welcome at all. There were a few people sitting in the lounge area that I’m sure heard the whole thing and who she walked back over to and continued chatting with as we did this weird walk of shame in our gym clothes and laptops in tow. It was just an overall very strange experience. We have lots of family that live here we were visiting for the holidays and unfortunately this experience has left a bad taste in everyone’s mouth.

There's a good variety of equipment, super clean facilities, and they always have new offerings for members (workshops, coffee talks, etc).10/10 would recommend.

It is bright, vibrant, clean and is an extremely welcoming environment, which to me, is incredibly important especially if you are new to working out. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable, and have great customer service skills. I always feel relaxed after coming here.

Expérience fantastique: Lemonade Collective is an incredible facility! They have some premium equipment that I would never expect from a boutique gym. They've really ensured that you'll have everything that you need to crush your workout. The upper yoga studio is also available for personal use when there aren't any classes going on up there, and they have some extra equipment up there too so you don't have to bring it all up with you, which is amazing & very convenient. I did the Glow Buti Yoga (picture attached) and not only was it such a cool experience, it was also a crazy intense workout. I'd highly recommend grabbing tickets to the next one if you get the chance! I'm looking forward to trying some of the regular classes like deep water running and the pound class - I've heard nothing but great things. I'm looking forward to being a part of Lemonade Collective for many years to come! So glad they decided to open this place.
