Pride in their business is an understatement and it’s reflected in the way they treat you… to the cleanliness of the facility. It’ll be the cleanest gym you’ve ever been to! Expérience fantastique: One of the nicest facilities I’ve had the opportunity to use, top of the line new gym equipment, has everything you could ask for from three different cable stations, three lat pulldowns, a bunch of squat racks and 2 smith machines you won’t be waiting around to use. awesome environment, everything is placed where it should be, squeaky clean staff makes sure to keep it spotless, awesome job! cheers to AF Tottenham

I admit that Coach Becky is my fave. For example, I was struggling with putting the squat rack safety in place and Matt came right over to give me a hand. I love the environment and the gym has all the equipment you need to get in a great workout. I used to be a Goodlife fitness member and after my amazing experience at this Anytime fitness Tottenham, I will never go back to Goodlife.

Expérience fantastique: I didn't know a lot about the "Anytime Fitness" brand of gyms when I joined up. I joined because it was next to my work and the pre-opening sale so I didn't know what to expect. The gym is very clean - I've seen the guys cleaning (vacuuming, washing the glass doors). Matt, Phil and Joaquin are amazing. They greet their members by name which is so nice to see and hear! They are supportive and encouraging of their members and of local businesses too! I have Joaquin as a personal trainer - he is patient, always checks in with how I'm feeling, how the weight felt, he explains everything about the exercise, he has a well thought out plan that he goes through and answers all of my questions. When the gyms closed down they found fun ways to keep their members engaged with fun challenges and a local food drive and exercise routines on instagram!

They also lead the classes as well as personal training programs are available. The owners Phil and Matt, are very helpful, friendly and polite. They both have super fun personalities which is the heart and soul of the gym. And a special shoutout to Matt, you are amazing! I have also started personal training with Joaquin, he is super attentive to all the concerns you may have about physical activity. He is knowledgeable in activities that are what each individual needs. He is a great trainer! The entire staffing team are helpful, polite and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the facility. They have classes as well which are a lot of fun, I tried one of the classes, they really teach you how to correctly complete the movement to ensure you are using the intended targeted muscles. I love how motivating they are. I absolutely love the classes. I love how convenient it is because of the locations and the hours 24 hours 7 days a week and they do not close for any holidays. I really enjoy how they are super cleaning being winter they ensure people are not walking with boots throughout the entire facility by having an area to remove boots and hang up winter coats. Staffing team are available Monday to Saturday. Monday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Went with wife for quick tour of the facility days after they opened and we felt right at home. Right away greated with smile and hand shake by the owners Phil and Matt. They do an amazing job to keep gym clean and customers happy & running the gym. They always make them self available if you have any questions and to keep us motivated during our work outs. One thing i really liked from day one is no pressure to sign up for the gym/classes or personal training. All of which i had the pleasure of trying over past week. The welcoming atmosphere, clean gym, conversation with friendly faces really makes it a pleasure coming in every time. This gym is something the community been waiting for & needed and they fit right in and very affordable. Currently there is really no busy times at the gym so when u come most of the machines are available to use & at times you could be the only one at the gym. Joaquin is the onsite full time personal trainer and is great at sitting down customizing training session for your needs. Staff is available Mon-Sat. Mon-Thur 10am-8pm, Fri 10am-5pm, Sat 9am-2pm. Expérience fantastique: I rate this gym 5 stars out of 5. Here's why: The Gym/ Facilities - This gym is open 24/7. It is very clean and bright. The equipment is all new and up-to-date. Individual bathrooms are clean and provide privacy. Team Classes - These classes are amazing! They are simple, yet diverse and great for all fitness levels. I have been taking these classes a few times a week and really enjoy them. There is an additional cost (hint: the more classes you buy, the cheaper it is per class)...however, it is totally worth it! You get a great workout and have fun at the same time. The Staff - There are many great gyms out there, but what makes this one so great is the amazing staff! The owners (Phil and Matt) are friendly, helpful and easily approachable. The trainers/coaches (Matt and Joaquin) are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Keep up the great work guys!
