The Studio has an amazing collection of Live and On Demand Zumba programs that have completely changed my health and happiness. So proud to be a member of this positive and supportive community! I recommend The Studio to all of my friends.

Expérience fantastique: I first discovered The Studio as a university student because one of their instructors taught Zumba on campus. After four years of classes on campus, it became the standard for what I was looking for when I moved away. Their instructors are very inclusive of all fitness levels and are always open to feedback and requests. Now that I'm living elsewhere, I'm so grateful for their online classes because I can still be part of such a wonderful community!

Expérience fantastique: I love doing Zumba with The Studio, all of the instructors are extremely friendly, energetic and down to earth. The online memberships are a great price and the weekly schedule has something for everyone! I highly recommend to anyone that loves to dance , move and sweat to check them out!

There’s nothing like heading to The Studio to workout surrounded by other members and having the instructor right there with you. The motivation from being all together is contagious, especially when you get Carling, Macrina and Kindra all teaching at the same time

Each instructor brings out something different from yourself, and the ONLY place I've seen that make you feel welcomed and loved! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
