Expérience fantastique: This is an incredible facility including weight/cardio room, pool with diving board and swing rope (for kids of all ages), rock wall, squash courts, and various fitness sessions /programming taking place throughout the week. The staff are amazing, and the facility is always clean. The rates are great.

Expérience positive: Welcoming and clean facilities, definitely as an outsider. Climbing wall was not really a climbing wall - more for kids. ACT lead course. Lots of kids during regular hours but I do believe on Sunday nights they have an adult night. Belaying is only allowed by those certified by the actual facility, which means just the staff.

Expérience fantastique: Great pool and lots of cool floaty stuff and toys for the kids. Better hours than YMCA and less hassle. Could use better signage to navigate around the place. I had to ask for directions twice between reception and the change room.
