The equipment is top-notch, and the space is bright and well-maintained. It’s a great environment for working out, and I always look forward to coming here. Highly recommend!

Expérience négative: Justin who works at the front desk is awesome. Very good at his job. Helpful, friendly and kind. The gym itself is nothing special. It's not opened 24/7 like advertised on the side of the building. Has no towel service. Some of the people that work out there are VERY judgemental and rude. I had a guy and a woman make comments about me out loud while using foul language. Made me feel uncomfortable. The weight room upstairs is extremely small. The fountain upstairs gives hot water a lot of the time which is gross. For an expensive monthly membership I expected a lot more.

Expérience négative: We just signed up at the gym about 1 week ago and the one representative named Sandy won't stop harassing my son and I. What a terrible customer service representative. I'm starting to regret having signed up at this gym. I spoke to a manger about her already and it looks like nothing has been done about it.

Expérience fantastique: Love working out here! Staff is amazing, huge fan of Emma! My only downfall would be the weekend hours. Doesn't have to be 24/7 but for myself I work 930am-5ishpm. So I can never get to the gym over the weekend. Wish you could open earlier and close later. But everything else, exceeds expectations!

Expérience fantastique: This is great place. Great staff, great location, always clean. The only thing is that they have some equipment that's definitely not the best, though you can avoid it and substitute. What I like the most is that I haven't run into any douchebags who make grunting or hissing noises, especially while lifting pathetically tiny weights. And I've only witnessed one special character dropping little 80lbs dumbbells at the end of every set. If you're unable to place them down in a controlled and quiet manner, they're too big for you, lol. Losers who drop weights are just annoying. However, you don't really see that here. Which is great.

Expérience positive: Not 24hours on weekends. As one of the more expensive big gyms in town, they could do better. I could pay fraction of the price and get equal or more amenities at some of the low cost gyms

Expérience négative: Been to 4 GoodLifes now this one’s hands down the worst! Number one no tool service. Number two the hours are trash won’t even stay open pst 6 on the weekends! For a premium gym these are both a little ridiculous COVID’s over its 2023

Expérience positive: The staff are nice here and there is a good variety of equipment, but it’s limited relative to other GoodLife’s. Beyond that most of the televisions are set to some Goodlife advertising or workout tips, and only two of 5 upstairs actually have television being broadcast. There’s also no towel service, and no weight scale since Covid. I was told this was because it was not listed on their “cleaning checklist” which seem like an unusual reason to not have a scale, since all the equipment that people sit on needs to be cleaned anyway. It would be nice to see to see increased hours of operation since covid. There are other Goodlifes that are back to 24/7, but unfortunately not this location yet. In response to the weight scale: I’m not sure there are any documents cases of contracting covid 19 from foot to foot contact through a weight scale. If there are, I would be more than happy to learn about those and read any material you have on that to support this. It just doesn’t seem like a reasonable item to remove from a gym given it’s one essential items individuals track their progress through. It really just seemed like another item to eliminate and curb the blame to “covid” or “reducing touch points” when people would most likely be weighting themselves with their socks on anyway.

Expérience négative: I have been going to this gym for 6 years and I have never had a bad experience at any location until today. My partner was looking to start with me at this gym and had registered online for the free workout with a tour. At the desk he was made to believe that he had done the process wrong, and that it couldn't be possible and that he was mistaken even though they had just called him that day to book the appointment. The lady at the front desk was totally unprofessional and not helpful in identifying where we could have gone wrong in the sign up and was regretful to help. Overall awful experience.

It is appalling that in 2019 there's a Goodlife w no tiwel service in a large city like North Bay. Vote w your dollars and do not go there Eduardo Montana

Expérience négative: In my opinion this gym needs to redo they're policies,they cost me over $400 in fees because the gm chose to try and put a payment through 7 times in 1 month,NS fees from both my bank and the gym cost me more than a ur membership
