Expérience positive: I really liked this gym, but the sign up fee was weird... When I was in Calgary, going to gold's gym I didn't need to pay for a sign up fee but for Vernon and the 2 close locations. 4 stars for sure.

I am grateful for the 24 hour access at the highway 6 location which allows flexibilty in scheduling my workouts. The variety of equipment, welcoming members, and accessibility keep me coming back to this gym year after year!

Expérience fantastique: At 53 I joined this gym, I go to the ladies World and was hesitant at first because I was so out of shape. I hired Consie the person trainer to get me a program and I love it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the gym itself is so nice and clean and the machinery it top shelf. I’m so happy I joined. The excellent low monthly price helped cinch the deal!!

Would definitely recommend it to anyone. I don't live in vernon but this would be my home gym if I did. Can't recommend it enough. They also have a bigger second location as well.
