Expérience fantastique: I have had the privilege of training with Reika at Fitness Element for the past 3 months. She is by far the best personal trainers I have had ever, and I have had probably 6 or 7 over the years. Not only is she motivating and very experienced in her field but she also lives that lifestyle every day. One of the top 3 winners of a body building wellness competition , I feel very safe training and I never have to worry about getting injured. On top of that she corrects my movements and pays very clise attention to details to help me do the movements correctly to gain the most pit of each excercise so I can reach my goals faster. I highly recommend her .

She’s really encouraging, but also pushes you to do your hardest and best, which is often more than I thought I could do! Have seen a big difference since starting with her and loving every session!! Expérience fantastique: I came in for a session with Kat last week for treatment in my hips and lower back. She is one of the most knowledgable physiotherapists I have ever met. She knew exactly how to treat my pain and I felt MUCH better after our one hour session. I will definitely be coming back in to see Kat :)

You are not just joining a gym but feel like you are part of a community - everyone is interested in being healthy and fit, and you always get a helping hand from the fellow members. Special shoutout to my personal trainer Wayne K - he is the bulked up blonde dude, hard to miss , Great motivator and really spends time personalizing the training for your current range of motion and power. He literally is with you for the entire session. It also helps that he is really knowledgeable - helping me get fitter. Also shoutout to Catherine L, Whenever i have issues with mobility due to working out "Cat" helps reset me and get me back on my journey quicker, She one of the few physios that actually takes time to listen to what your issue is - Its not a simple lay here and i will massage the affected area but she spends time assessing the issue, So if i ever am having a tough week working out Cat is there to help.

( unlike people in other gyms playing cellphones all the time) The trainer I have is very experienced and adapting to your needs for whatever u are looking to improve for your body !.. This place is always clean and spotless and has all the equipment you need for achieving your competitive or amateur level fitness goals. But most important of all is that the people here are always helpful, caring and highly professional. One of the best places around here that makes you feel right at home!

Expérience fantastique: Honestly can't say enough great things about Fitness Element and it's staff - if your looking for a gym has a great sense of community, knowledgeable trainers and is extremely clean you should definitely check out fitness element. I was in a huge gym rut & gained a bunch of weight during COVID and had trouble finding the motivation to get back in the gym. So I tried to switch up my surroundings and I'm so glad I did, lost a ton of weight and plan on losing more, the energy in that place is electric. Thanks Fitness Element!

Everyone is super friendly and easy to get along with. Equipment selection is also really good and I’ve been able to really round out my program here.

Expérience fantastique: Cannot recommend FE and their trainers enough! As a complete beginner, I was matched with Catherine who is the best trainer I could ever ask for. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, dedicated, and not only created personalized training routines based on my goals, but she also helped me with nutrition and lifestyle habits. Her background in physiotherapy makes her sessions filled with so much more information, and she’s taught me so many useful skills for my everyday life. Training with Catherine is incredibly fun, and each session feel like a gym date with your best friend. I could go on and on about how great she is, but then I’d have to write an entire novel. My only regret is that I can’t train more frequently! Not only is Catherine amazing, but everyone is welcoming and are so supportive—no matter what your goals are. No matter what stage you are in your health journey, I can confidently recommend for their spotless equipment, but also for the awesome community.

Man, FE has everything you need; plus its really clean and patrons are respectful and serious about their gains.

The gym is very clearly designed for fitness enthusiasts looking for good equipment and results. Gym owner and on site trainers are professional, friendly and informative. Fellow patrons are friendly and mindful of others. I don't find myself waiting for equipment or having it taken while using restroom or getting water. Highly recommend

They have a good amount of plate loaded machines that you can't find at other regular gyms. Aside from a great facility, the best part of this gym is the people. Renaldo & Jeff and their team has always been welcoming and helpful with any questions you might have. Highly recommend and worth the price point.

I love the environment it provides, especially for people who are prepping for shows or seeking to better their physique!!!! FE also has a strong gym community and a culture of respect for the gym and it’s members which made the gym feel more comfortable. It’s easy to sign up for a day pass or membership online on their site. The gym is always locked and is for members only so just remember to sign up on their site and follow the instructions for access before you arrive at the gym. Overall a great gym experience and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to find a gym community or if you’re just in the area looking for a place to drop in to workout.

Expérience fantastique: Looking to start off with a healthier lifestyle and was recommended to FE as they are a private gym that works with you to achieve the goals they review with you and build the workout routine peraonally catered. They are very clean and friendly. I have been working with Allen who is super supportive and definitely knows how to encourage me to put in my best each workout.

The place is always spotless, has a good variety of equipments, comfortable couches to rest, tables to eat, a super clean washroom with lockers, great music, and a large parking lot. I've been training with Kory for some time and he got me hooked on weightlifting. Absolutely the best trainer you'll ever meet. He is a passionate bodybuilder who will teach you how to mindfully control your muscles, push your body to the limit, and yet have fun and enjoy the progress. Highly recommended!!

Expérience fantastique: I visited this gym today, July 25th, for the first time. The owner is so friendly and helpful, as if he's been a friend for years! The equipment is great, lots of plate loaded machines, really simple back to basic type stuff that has been proven to work time and time again. The type of equipment lifters get excited to see, things you don't see as much these days in mainstream gyms, like a pullover machine! The gym was spotless, you can really tell both staff and members care about the gym and want to keep it a clean and safe environment for everyone. The members are also great, everyone seemed so focused and like they were actually there to workout, which isn't as common as you would think in a lot of gyms now. It was really motivating. 10 out of 10 for sure!

I googled and the 'bigger name' gyms popped up initially but I always try to support the smaller local businesses when possible. I came across Fitness Element through my search. Made a call and the staff was very friendly and courteous. They gave me a great daily rate. The gym was clean and well laid out. Lots of parking and lots of machines available. If I lived in Markham this would be my home gym for sure.
