Expérience négative: Unprofessional and Poor Customer Service*** I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this gym regarding their referral program and billing. I referred a friend to the gym, which was supposed to give me a $40 discount. However, instead of applying the discount to my account as promised, the gym failed to apply the credit to my account. When I brought this to their attention, I expected a simple refund. Instead, they offered to take the $40 off my next payment – but I’m moving and leaving the gym so this isn’t an option for me. Despite explaining my situation multiple times, they refused to issue the refund and were unwilling to provide any reasonable solution. If you’re thinking of joining this gym, beware of their misleading referral offers and unwillingness to make things right. I would not recommend them based on this experience of poor customer service. EDIT: I joined the gym a few days before my friend on a waiver pass, and we were both offered $20 off the joining fee because of the student discount, not in lieu of the referral fee! Also, why did your new employee blame Chase, the previous employee, for forgetting to apply the discount, then apologize to me and admit that he had done the same to a few other customers? If I had already received the ‘discount’, this wouldn’t have happened. I didn’t ask your new employee for a cash refund… I specifically asked to speak with you directly because she’s new. However, you were too busy to address the issue. Please understand that It’s not just about the $40. It’s about the principle of honoring your commitments and being transparent with your members.

Refused to refund my credit card for over $500 after clerk accidentally reactivated my paused membership without my consent. Make sure you check your statements carefully after cancelling or pausing any memberships to this gym.

Expérience fantastique: I am visiting Snap Fitnees from May 2023 and it has been an incredible journey so far. I did not knew how to start, but the Gym Coordinator Chase helped me get started and boosted my confidence. Gymming has become my routine now.....Looking for more good workout days ahead

Well priced especially for the selection of gyms in moose jaw, plus you can go to any snap fitness in Canada with your subscription. I know it's something they can't exactly control but I do wish the Main Street N location was a little bigger, it definitely feels cramped.

This has always been an excellent gym, but Tristan, the new manager has made it even better. He has made key improvements, such as new equipment and fresh paint. The gym is super clean and all equipment is well maintained. Tristan is very friendly, and goes out of his way to assist his membership. The social atmosphere within the gym also is very good. this is a very good place to socialize, meet new friends, and get in shape. All in all it is an excellent experience. Jim Tufts

Lots of equipment for those looking to move some heavy weights and also those who want a variety of machines. As a traveling powerlifter I was stoked they had a weekly pass. Definitely will be back.

Expérience fantastique: Best gym(s) in town. They never feel too busy, but there is usually a couple people of around if you need a spot. All the machines and equipment are fairly new and work great. Staff has always been friendly and able to answer any questions I have. Only complaint I would have is the bench press on the East location feels weird, there is this spacer that makes it so you have to lift off awkwardly if you want enough space to go down to chest. Because of this I just do chest at the North location where they have a more comfortable bench press. This gym is towards the more pricey side but if you go lots, it’s worth it

SNAP has everything you need from Cardiovascular, to Functional, to Strength, to HIIT Training equipment. I play professional basketball overseas and I require a top notch facility to train in during the off-season and SNAP always delivers. Its 24/7 access allows me to train according to my busy schedule and is very convenient. The unique style makes this gym stand out from the rest and has that "gym feel" that makes you want to workout and keeps you coming back for more. I should mention the ownership is as genuine and authentic as you can get, which makes for a very welcoming, friendly and pleasurable training experience and is something that isn't found in most gyms these days. The gym is a good size to accommodate all components of training yet small enough to keep it more of a private feel. I recommend SNAP to anyone!

Expérience fantastique: This is a great 24hr gym. The equipment is new and well maintained.There is a lot of variety of machines. I've never felt crowded coming here. I love the private showers. And if you're a student, you get a killer deal.

The club managers give 110% and truly want to make a difference in peoples lives. When starting you get a really good feel of what a membership would feel like if you were to join. Upon joining, a full assessment and an equipment orientation. There truly is a big burden lifted when starting off on the right foot with the guidance from the team at Snap. If you want value, a well rounded facility with lots of options and 24/7 access this is the club to be at.

Brandon at North location, is an overall great person that will assist you with whatever you need. If its assistance with your membership or even a SPOT! Does a great job making you feel comfortable in the environment and helps get ya pumped up! The personal Trainers are great to work with and have alot of knowledge to help you with whatever your goals are. They will help you obtain them and succeed as long as you are committed! :)

Expérience fantastique: I've gone to Snap in Moose Jaw while attending school since September 2016 (4 month intervals, about a year of accumulated membership). The gym is equipped with everything you need and the staff is great. A few things typical of fitness centres: 1. You are required to bring and wear clean, indoor footwear of the toe covering variety. 2. The gym is guaranteed to be busiest from 5pm to 7pm on weeknights. 3. You are required to check your ego (and subsequent entitlement) at the door. I've never been given attitude by the staff, quite the opposite actually. They're happy to see you come in and work out whilst respecting the rules and other members. If you do not respect the rules and other members, however, it should come as no surprise that the staff becomes apprehensive toward you. Looking forward to signing up again in January 2019!

Expérience fantastique: This is an amazing gym. Staff is always there to help you achieve your goals, if that be to lose weight, gain muscle, or just maintain consistency. They will always have some sort of advice to get you to the next level. As well as the fantastic manager, they have a great team of personal trainers who will help you correct your form and push you farther than you thought you could go. Their knowledge upon the physical anatomy and nutrition will surely kick start your transformation and help break the plateau you may be at! As for the gym itself, it used to be a little small for the amount of people who trained at this gym. But with two locations in Moose Jaw, size isn't an issue anymore. Cleanliness is spot on here. Considering this is a 24/7 gym, they have managed to be the cleanest gym i have frequented. The atmosphere is miles above any gym i have gone to in the past 10 years. This is because of the culture at Snap, people want to better themselves. If you are a just beginning or you are farther ahead in your fitness journey, Snap Fitness is the perfect gym for you.
