Expérience négative: Service went downhill. Not sure what happened was a member since they opened and was great, they changed their pricing without advising me and I just cancelled the membership, they didn't care and so they lost a client. Also parking is impossible as there aren't any and you need to waste time driving around the area. Look elsewhere for if you want to feel welcomed and valued as a member.

Expérience négative: The gym has been neglected, flooring mat is loose sometimes trip over them. Same machines nothing has been added or maintained, some of the benches the covering is ripped. For the price you pay you can literally go down to World gym they are the same price and world is newer. Only reason to why I came back is because it is 24/7 definitely isn’t cheap as it used to be! Wifi doesn’t work and when you sign up you’re supposed to get a free shirt, since they are out of shirts they don’t feel obliged to honour it any longer.

Expérience négative: I signed up for a year because of commitment contract. A contract I explicitly told one of the workers to cancel once the year ends, they continued to charge me monthly payments and took an extra "maintenance fee", of 60 dollars claiming my contract of a membership card that wasn't working in the gym was still active. When I asked them about all of those fees they told me contract indefinite when none of their memberships offer indefinite contracts. Apparently I am not the only one with this problem according to the reviews.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym, all the equipment needed, staff very friendly. 4 cable stations, lot of free weights (dumbbells and plates), 2 racks of barbells, ropes and calisthenics cage, and the complete range of machines, & cardios. I go on evening, night and morning and I never saw people waiting for a machine. (Enough equipment for all the flow of customers, I don't know during rush hour). Very clean and well maintained. Not the most modern gym but really great! The maintenance team does a great job and customers also respect the minimal rules of cleanliness of their equipment. Rarely witnessed disrespectful members. Only a few douche at rush hour, but very few compared to most gyms. No snobs like World Gym Acadie (was extremely disappointed by the rude, disrespectful and snob staff there..). I appreciate how there's a place for everyone and any type of people, age, physical shape, races, sexes, and all diversity, and how everyone is respectful. The gym is also completely wheelchair (even powered) ♿️ accessible. No automatic door opener button but easy to enter. Gate at the entrance with lock, that they quickly come to unlock to let wheelchair users in. Shower, changing cabin, toilet stall, sinks, hands paper are all accessible. *The stall door has no handle to close it, and no safety bars to transfer on the toilet. There's 2 disabled reserved parking spaces for that part of the building. We are a dozen disabled people customers, with every type of disability (cognitive, physical..) and using every type of mobility aids (from cane to walker to power wheelchair). The other customers (at least those present evening, night and morning) are very respectful and helpful if help is needed but without being overwhelming. The staff too! *To answer some comments, I did cancel my subscription for health issues for a while and they did stop the next payment immediately, never had to argue or insist, pretty simple and fair process. Check the terms on their website but it went exactly as they describe. *It's true that the wifi doesn't work. At least, not with the password of their ad on the wall, it seems to be a different one, so maybe they just didn't update it (but the network always shows active), I didn't ask the staff because I didn't really need it..

Expérience négative: Read at your own benefit 1) you can literally walk in through the little rolling pass without paying , not one time did the staff ask me nor even looked at me coming in . 2) staff is either training, on their phone or talking outside the welcoming area. Never working nor even answering questions for that matter 3) guys don't believe in showering , they smell so horribly bad that I had to go to the bathroom and vomit couple of times. Not a gym it's a pig farm mixed with excrements 4) machine are dirty , smelly and either out of order or someone is sleeping on em. 5) bathrooms are so filthy, you have to watch your step because if I didn't know better , I'd say it's infested with savages In there . Sad really 6) never paper towels to wipe your hands , ever. 7) I left because the gym is falling apart , owner is clearly not caring about the investment or is fooling an investor and keeps dishing out $$ to a gym that will never level up. 8) I signed up because I live nearby and it's 24/7 , but now that I see the true filthy nature of the gym , I will gladly travel 30+ mins to another gym . Never will I give this gym another cent , horrible place. Thanks

Expérience négative: Horrible experience. Got bullied by the trainer Rudi. I had a gym member come on the machine right next to mine and start breathing heavily and grunting. I finished off my training as I felt unwell around that. As I left, I mumbled to myself "disgusting" which he was. No common sense on respecting people's space. He goes and tells the trainer Rudi that I said to him that he is disgusting. Which I never addressed him. I mumbled it to myself. Then after leaving the ladies vestiaire, the gym member came charging at me and getting in my space. I asked the gym member who was at least 6'3" to back off from my personal space. Rudi proceeded to tell me to say things nicely in the future. I felt harassed when the gym member came in my.space even when I asked him to stay away. I wanted to cancel my membership and then Rudi started shouting at me. Psychological harassment at its best. Never laying foot there again. He didn't even take time to verify both sides of the story. Never setting foot there again. I feel shaken and disgusted by their offensive behavior.

Expérience négative: I have been a member of this gym for over a year and been paying my membership regularly but this week, there was issue with my account, they mentioned I had to pay bi-weekly and it was sorted out that day but when I went today, I was stopped at the entrance and they could not figure what was wrong with my account. I waited but nobody could figure it out until I asked them if I could do my gym session and come back! At the end, I asked and apparently the boss has to approve the new payment method but until then I will be stopped at the front and I will have to explain the situation each time. I didn't understand because I pay regularly and I don't understand why it would take this long to get it approved..The boss Chloe was in her office, she came out and mentioned she was upset and needed a walk instead of helping us out. We saw her stare at us from the back of the gym instead of resolving the situation. I was appauled by what she said, next time it would be nice if she could help the customer instead of walking out!

Expérience négative: Just signed up and went there to get started. Service is horrible. No one showed me around , what's available and what's included . Free t-shirts were advertised and they do not give them anymore. Atmosphere was very snobby but for 30$ a month can not really complain.

Expérience fantastique: Nice gym, friendly staff, machines are hardly out of service but if something's broken it doesn't take long before it's fixed. Everything is clean, toilets and dressing rooms are always fresh and tidy. I never have trouble finding parking even around rush hour.

Expérience positive: This gym has the potential to be really great. The hygiene is excellent, and there's a huge variety of machines available. Overall, people are polite and respectful. However, there's one significant issue that I've encountered, and it's a big one for me. During the afternoon, the gym gets overrun by groups of kids who come straight from school. Not only do they work out, but they also use the gym as a hangout spot. As a result, all the favorite machines are often occupied by groups of 3 or 4 people, making it impossible for others to use them. These kids tend to play around and disregard the fact that others are waiting. I'm not sure what the minimum age requirement for the gym is, but if teenagers are allowed, there should be clear rules in place regarding proper behavior in a gym environment. It feels like they're treating it as if they're still in school. As someone with a membership that allows me to come at any time, it's frustrating to feel like I can't come in the afternoon due to this issue. It seems like there's a lack of oversight in managing this situation. Additionally, the habit of leaving bars full of weights and benches scattered around is not ideal. Overall, while the gym has many positive aspects, this issue significantly detracts from the overall experience.

J'ai eu des soucis au niveau de la comptabilité et Roudy il m'a tout réglé le problème en une semaine tout à était dans l'ordre. Expérience fantastique: J'y suis allée pour un essai et franchement j'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. Le vestiaire est très propre, il y a de grandes douches et des séchoirs à cheveux (c'est très pratique). La salle de sport est immense, il y a beaucoup de machines donc pas d'attente pour les utiliser. J'ai bien l'intention de m'inscrire pour un an.

Expérience négative: Buzzfit Acadie recommence à nous facturer plus de 2 ans après que nous ayons annulé notre abonnement chez eux. Après les avoir contacté par téléphone et courriel pour qu'ils soient au courant de leur erreur et qu'ils puissent simplement rectifier le tout, Ils demandent une preuve d'annulation pour rembourser les 3 mois de charges illégitimes. Vu qu'on ne trouve pas la telle preuve d'annulation et que je leur avise de façon courtoise que la prochaine étape c'est une dispute au sein des institutions financières, ils semblent ne pas vouloir retourner mes courriels. Je ne peux m'empêcher de trouver ces pratiques douteuses et le fait que pendant plus de deux ans nous n'avions aucun problème/charge, me semble croire que la sporadité de telles pratiques a pour bout de ramasser de l'argent de façon incognito. Nous ne gardons pas forcément toutes les preuves d'annulation de chaque marchant avec qui on a fait affaire dans le passé naturellement car les commerçant ont une obligation morale et légale de veiller à ne pas facturer des anciens clients de façon alléatoire et sans cause lorsqu'il n'y a pas de services ou biens offerts. À ce point-ci ce n'est plus les 75$ qui nous dérangent, mais plutôt la malhonnêteté et l'inéfficacité de leur part de résoudre un problème qui n'aurait jamais dû surgir à la base (que bizarrement semble être récurrent chez eux d'après d'autres reviews). C'est dommage car ils semblaient être assidus sur la propreté et ils avaient des machines intéressantes de style crossfit qui les démarquaient un peu des autres gyms. Bref, soyez à l'affût des frais fantômes si vous décidez de mettre fin à votre abonnement.

They have an easy going team, the gym was very clean (even the boots section, no slush, carpets dry), all equipment was in good standing. They also have the most space between the equipment in comparison to Brossard and DDO. Only con, the parking lot is not very giving.

Can’t tell, judge yourselves You can sign up online, but guess what you can’t cancel online (you have to go physically there) You want to upgrade your plan? No problem 2 seconds and you will be paying more. Oh no you realized there’s no benefit you need from a higher plan and want to downgrade? Nop, you can’t because it is “impossible” what a convenient thing for them.. so you gotta pay the administrative fee for cancelation and a new account creation… “never mind you guys scammers I don’t want to downgrade anymore! Just cancel the account” ok no problem just pay the cancelation fee.. What a joke this guys are.. Want more? Sure… Thousand square feet of space… 1 leg press machine :) Machines are old the only half baked new machines are the cardio ones which account for 50% of the space Oh but hey there’s pizza once a month to help your bulk :)

Expérience positive: It was clean and had plenty of equipment. The staff was super nice. The only thing I did not care for was one of the massage chairs is utterly worn out. It was making terrible noises and was not massaging evenly at all. It actually hurt my back more than it helped due to being on its last legs. The hydro bed was also a little off. When you pushed buttons to play games, nothing would happen. I'm sure it just needs to be reset, but still a little annoying. Otherwise, everything was great.

I told the guy that i came straight from my overnight job and I forgot my gym bag at home, I requested him to let me complete my today’s workout and from next time onwards i’ll wear my gym outfit but he didn’t let me finish my workout. À chaque fois que je vais au club pour parler au manager je ne le trouve pas. il n'y a aucun contact pour parler avec la direction du siège ! il faut se méfier de ce club.

Expérience négative: Wifi never works, there are always machines out of order, music is too loud, AC or heating are always either too strong or not strong enough. On a good note, the staff is not bad, customer service is fine and the place is almost always clean.

The person in fault was not an employee of Buzzfit but was banned as a result of the incident.Several measures have been adopted since the incident in order to avoid this to happen again.
