Expérience positive: Great circuit workout…I was sore for days after! My class was marketed “for all levels” but I would argue that it was more intermediate. With that said, I felt like the instructor did not support some class participants who were struggling to execute the exercises. It would have been better if he provided these alternatives for those struggling.

Il y a une multitude de service disponible. Je pourrais continuer sur plein de points positifs, mais venez le découvrir par vous-même. Si vous voulez vous dépasser dans une ambiance positive c'est la meilleur place. Je recommande sans hésiter un gros 10/10 comme endroit.

Et les cours collectifs sont au top (tous les niveaux sont les bienvenus, nous sommes toujours encouragés)! Il y a même une grande salle pour le yoga/ méditation ! Que du positif pour une équipe vraiment géniale !

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everything is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The trainers and members are all incredibly supportive and encouraging, creating a positive and inclusive environment. I feel motivated to push myself harder during my workouts and I always leave feeling energized and accomplished. The group fitness classes are also fantastic, with a diverse range of offerings including yoga, Crosstraining, and HIIT ETC. The instructors are all highly skilled and provide personalized attention to ensure proper form and technique.

Expérience positive: The staff is fantastic but they have a retention issue where the trainers don't stay. The manager/owner lacks professionalism and flies off the handle in a angry outbursts and sarcastic comments to clients (no wonder the staff doesn't stay). This can be constructive feedback if she would be willing to seek help for her anger issues. It's a good place for as long as you don't have to deal with the owner but man, you feel bad for the staff.

Expérience fantastique: I wanted to share my personal experiences with you. Vasquare Fitness officials and staff are very orderly, compassionate, friendly, and kind. The coaches are very meticulous conscientious persistent and kind. I remember a time when I was very tired during training and I wanted to stop exercising my coach encouraged me to continue exercising with a lot of jokes and advice.

For the first time in my life, I've been training for more than 2 years and I haven't had any injury as I used to have in other places with other trainers. Not only that, I have really improved my condition! My trainer really pays attention to my body and guides me accordingly. I feel energized and revitalized after every session. Moreover, all members of the staff and other customers are very friendly and nice. It is always a pleasure being there. Yes! For the first time in my life I enjoy training in a gym!

Expérience fantastique: Totally hooked. Staff is incredible. Covid-19 hasn't stopped them from providing excellent service. Med is an awesome trainer. He's professional and very receptive to feedback. His workouts are well structured, always challenging and never redundant. Most importantly, he motivates you to go beyond your limits.

Marion Farissier, who is responsible for the class, is very kind and pays good attention to the posture and the exercises being done by her students. She also shares a great energy in class which encourages everyone to keep doing their best in each exercise. It’s a great experience! I recommend!

Les exercices changent à chaque séance ce qui permet d'éviter la routine. Marion est une excellente coach. Elle est gentille, motivante et énergique. Je recommande chaudement ces classes!

Expérience fantastique: My partner and I have been training at Vsquare Fitness for three years, and we love it. We do both private training as well as the classes on a regular basis, and we see the results: our body fat is down, and our muscle growth is up! I have worked out with a trainer for much of the past 20 years; however, historically, I have worked with one individual at a time. Not now. Here, we work out with Pat, Lidia, Damien and Marion This rotation prevents the body from getting used to any one set of exercises and keeps the overall experience fresh. One of the most important things here, though, is the quality of the training. I have had a number of injuries/surgeries in the past, and each one of the trainers here is aware of and stays focused on avoiding future injury while still pushing for maximum benefit. I recommend Vsquare Fitness wholeheartedly!

They’re always there to support you in your goals and they make you feel comfortable :) there’s private training and classes so you get a great mix. Their nutrition advice is the best! I’ve been training there for a year now (this is the longest time I’ve stuck to the same gym lol) and I’ve never felt as good in my body as I do now ! I never used to know what to do or how (I also didn’t want to look stupid so I never explored new things) and my trainer gave me the tools to get to know and understand my body so that I actually achieved a lot of my goals. Expérience fantastique: I've been going to this gym for a few months and have tried the classes as well as personal training and both have been excellent. Damien has been a GREAT personal trainer! I come from a background of a lot of cardio (triathlon) but have never done strength work before. Damien has worked with me to greatly improve my strength and my confidence that I CAN do it. I truly appreciate how much Damien focuses on form to prevent injury and he is able to get me to isolate the muscles we are working (which has been a problem for me in the past). I highly recommend Damien if you are looking for a trainer.
